SWEATSCAPE - Sauna + Cold Plunge Experience

Had a great experience at Sweatscape. The private sauna is awesome. I love the introduction of the essential oils. The 4 different temperature cold plunge tubs give you a wide range in temps for your comfort level. My first visit helped so much with inflammation in my hip, I’m looking forward to starting a regular routine of contrast therapy.

I tried Sweatscape for the first time today, and it was incredible. The owner, Amanda, is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. She made going into the experience feel so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was super knowledgeable and walked me through everything step-by-step, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. I felt really taken care of! I left feeling refreshed and relaxed despite how intimidating the cold plunge was! If you’re considering trying contrast therapy, this is 100 percent the place to go. I had such a good experience and will definitely be coming back!

What an awesome experience! I was a little hesitant to try it, but I joined my husband for a session and instantly changed my mind once I realized how amazing I felt afterwards. I even attended the "she breathes again retreat"—and now I’m hooked! The staff is so friendly, the electrolytes and tea are such a nice touch, and everything is super clean. The aromatherapy scents in the sauna make it even better. You walk out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and clear-headed!

My first visit, I was nervous to do the cold plunge, but the sauna + cold plunge was incredible. You will feel so good. Try it, you won’t regret it.

I came by here with a buddy of mine and it’s fire 🔥 This was the first time I’ve ever tried a plunge and sauna place, and it was pretty rejuvenating. They also got a good loyal program that can help you earn credits for future visits. Their staff are very polite and courteous, and they help guide you on how the routine works while sharing some tips.
