HOTWORX - College Station, TX - South

I decided against the membership after about a month. Knew I had to keep the subscription up for 3 months per our agreement. Called and emailed the facility multiple times with no response or call back. Have shown up multiple times during normal work hours but never at the time that they’re open. So… here’s a photo of their actual hours for those of you who need to see an actual person. The rating is primarily due to difficulty cancelling services - with no return calls or emails, the rating feels justified. Waited for an employee for cancellation and was finally helped. The employee was kind and helpful so I’ve adjusted my review up a star.

Signed up online and Kayla was beyond helpful during the new member tour. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision of choosing hotworx! I love that they have a lifting area in the back in addition to the saunas and classes! I highly recommend to anyone considering joining!

My husband and I have been members of HOTWORX for about 3 years and have benefited enormously. We love the flexibility of being able to work out any time of the day/week and the assortment of exercise options, whether cardio or yoga, etc. Plus, the sessions are quick, effective and engaging, which prevents burn out. The HOTWORX Arrington Rd location is clean and well maintained. Lindsey and the staff are fabulous and are dedicated to taking care of any needs. We love it and recommend to anyone looking for unique and fun place to workout!

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this HOTWORX location because of an employee named Lindsay. My friend booked us into a Warrior class through the app. We walked in, greeted her politely, and went to the sauna since the door code worked. We didn’t realize I personally also had to be registered beforehand. Instead of explaining this kindly, she immediately acted suspicious, repeatedly checking that we were actually booked and making it feel like we were trying to sneak in. After I provided my ID and completed registration, she commented about our mats even though we had brought our own, implying we didn’t know what we were doing. She then asked about my workout experience and, after I answered honestly, told my friend "what an interesting class to bring your friend to for the first time, that’s a hard class," in a very condescending tone. Nothing about the interaction felt welcoming. For a place centered around wellness and new members, the attitude was judgmental and uncomfortable rather than helpful. A simple friendly explanation would have made a huge difference. I won’t be returning to this location.

Hotworx CS South is incredible! I love the workouts and the amazing staff! I specifically love Hot Stretch. Stretching while in the Infrared Sauna really helps with soreness and my body healing. Lastly, Lindsey has a great team more than willing to help out in any way possible! Keep up the great work!

On top of that, the staff at the College Station, Texas location are absolutely amazing—super sweet, welcoming, and always willing to help. They make the whole experience even better and create such a supportive environment. I recommend HOTWORX to anyone—whether you’re starting your fitness journey, looking to push past plateaus, or just wanting to feel healthier in your daily life. It’s worth it a hundred times over!
