Solhaus OTR

Amazing amazing first power yoga class with instructor Sakina! She was fun and high energy & she gave straightforward and clear instruction during class. Loved it. This class will easily become a part of my weekly schedule!

I just had such a great string of classes over the opening weekend of Sölhaus! I love feeling the heat in Sakina’s invigorating power class, getting tuned back into myself in Kristin’s meditation class and leveling up my strength in Amy’s mat pilates class, and all in the same weekend!! This studio offers so many different classes for all levels of learners. There are so options for heated or non-heated you can tailor your practice to fit your needs! The gals at Sölhaus have thought of everything, from the front door to the studio floor. I can’t wait to grow my practice here with all of the incredible people who also find this space their happy place!

Had the best hot yoga experience of my life here. By that I mean it was TOUGH - but Ian guided everyone through each move with such grace and understanding that you didn't really notice how much you were shaking (lol). Sometimes yoga leaves me feeling a bit listless - but at Solhaus I left feeling strong and balanced. Thank you Ian!

Went to a challenging (in a good way) heated Pilates class within a warm and welcoming new studio / community! A great way to start the day—couldn’t recommend more and a great new gem for OTR!

Wonderful atmosphere all the way around from the front to the back to the top and bottom. Wonderful, caring staff and patrons who made my first experience exceptional.

Loved the class here! I already booked another class. Beautiful space and wonderful people.

The community, energy, and practice consistently shown at this studio is incredible! The wide variety of teachers/teaching styles is refreshing! I wasn’t a 7am morning person until I started going to Sakina’s power in the AM, and now it’s a staple of my routine. Truly grateful for this studio and for the communal embrace that comes with it!
