Chinese Touch Asian Massage

I’m not the kind of a person to leave a bad review, but this definitely deserves one. I had an appointment for 8:30, arrived on time, told to wait till 9:15, I waited. On 9:20, one of the hosts came in, requested payment before the massage even began (that was the 3rd time she wanted me to pay before the service). Then - I heard some talking outside, some sort of an argument, and I got the host to massage me, she clearly doesn’t know what she doing, I also heard her and someone else giggling about the situation while I was face down. This was the opposite of a professional, relaxing massage, she actually caused me real back pain now. She pushed too hard, on the wrong spots, it was extremely unpleasant. When the massage was over, insisted on a tip. Do yourself a favor, stay away. Can’t believe I spent my money on this.

Love this place. I have had many great massages here and will keep coming back. The negative reviews are probably disgruntled customers who don’t tip well. The staff work on tips and it’s important to take care of them.

This is a no-frills place, no champagne or fluffy robes, but honestly it is the BEST place to get a massage in Cincinnati. Therapists are amazing- I was an athlete in my youth and have tight muscles and they always get the knots all out! Repeat customer and will continue to go as often as I can afford it. Also, don’t be a cheapskate, tip at least 20%! It’s hard physical labor and they more than deserve it.

Sweet ladies. It’s clean. It’s not a spa but my massage was better than some spa massages I’ve had. I’d go again.

This place was a joke. First I said "above waist only" and the whatever you call it, went below my waist.....and to beg for a tip of at least 20% is unacceptable!!! I ALWAYS TIP WELL ON EVERYTHING!!! However if you are too greedy, we'll, you know what happens??? I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. NOBODY OWES YOU ANYTHING EXTRA!!! WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS....GOOGLE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!
