Leah relax 2

Literally the worst experience I ever had. Mid-way through my relaxation the phone rang loudly next to my ear, and the therapist answers it on speaker phone, and I'm listening to her and a customer discuss appointment times back and forth while she uses an english translater. The therapist then leaves the room to hand the phone to a manager who was clearly available and capable of taking calls while she was massaging me. The therapist stays with him until they figure out an appointment time for the customer, and does not let him handle the call himself. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because of poor management, but when she comes back to massage me during the last half of it, she is doing voice to text with someone. She gave me 5 extra minutes for the disruption, but at that point I was mentally over it. I have never experienced such poor customer service during what was supposed to be a relaxing massage.

Contacted via SMS for a massage, were told to come at 2pm. Arrived and told to come back in 30mins. When we came back at 2.30 they said they wouldn't have the staff for another 40 minutes. Waste of time.

Leah was very nice and welcoming! We got the couple massage and it was nice but we didn’t receive an option for hot stone, deep tissue, etc. and wasn’t asked what intensity we’d like so my masseuse was really rough and massage felt rough, even after asking can she ease up on the intensity. It almost felt like I was at the chiropractor instead of a getting a gentle relaxing massage. Also a cell phone kept going off in middle of massage. I’m a bit sore on my back the next day but it was nice to get in last minute at a place that accept walk ins since most places were backed up with appointments.

Wow! I feel so much better!Leah know what she is doing. The hot stones were a great touch. I got a deep tissue massage and she worked out every knot ! Ty so much 💓
