Rejuvenation Spa

I love this place, I’ve been going to this massage parlor for years! Other places charge way more then Rejuvenation Spa and do a worse job. You have to go more consistently and get the same person to massage you so they know your body and what parts need it the most. Also it’s good to communicate and let them know where it hurts or what areas you want them to focus on. Communication is Key!!Remember these ladies work really hard to give you a massage. This can be harsh on the hand and fingers over the years. Be generous enough to leave a tip doesn’t have to much but please Tip. I recommend coco, she does an excellent job. I drive from San Bernardino to Chino to go to this place. If I can put more than 5 stars I would.

Went to get the Package A massage today with a couple friends of mine for a little R&R. Made a reservation for our little session and were looking forward to some relaxation. We were seated in the main room for our initial sessions which include feet soaking, neck, shoulder, and arms massage. The 3 masseuses were chit-chatting the entire time during the session. For the last 10 minutes of the season, we retreated to the massage room where we laid flat on our stomach for back massage. My masseuse knew all the pressure points which was great. The session ended and we all proceeded to the front for payment. The massage cost $35 + $10 tip which is more than 30% tip. I handed her $60 cash and asked for $15 back. (I think she was expecting to keep the entire $60). She was unhappy and tossed the $15 change on the counter and walked away. That is the rudest behavior especially for anyone who works in the service industry. Overall, the massage was decent but the service attitude is very disappointing. Service people should understand what gratuity actually meant. It should be appreciated and not demanded.

Been one of our favorites spots from time to time ,but this last time we weren't satisfied... 3 ladies that assisted us kept constantly having conversations between one another nones stop and we kept telling them to tone it down a little bit since we tried to have a relaxation spa session and it seem like they didn't respect that not at all ... it's was very frustrating not coming back to this place....

Really bad experience here just now with one of the ladies. The whole time she is looking at videos on her phone while basically just rubbing my skin. She also seems to have a runny nose the whole time and blowing her nose mid massage. At the end I go to pay up front and she is HOVERING with her hand out. I hand her cash tip and she says " this isn't enough for body and foot massage, you need pay more " I was absolutely shocked. I have NEVER had someone ask for MORE money for a tip. She was very persistent and rude with her hand out waiting for more money. It was extremely unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable. She was very rude and condescending to me like this out loud while other customers are getting their massage. I can’t believe they do business like this. I have been here so many times before with different gentlemen who are ALWAYS pleasant no issues or complaints in regard to the tip I give. Everyone else I have dealt with is always kind and appreciative. It was supposed to be a relaxing experience but I am so humiliated and upset.

I'm a regular here! If you need a relaxing message then this is the place. I would highly recommend Coco/Cherry if you prefer a female. Males with strong hands go with T. They can do soft medium or hard messages to get those stubborn knots out. Enjoy!

I️ had the worst experience ever here. It was so unfortunate because the woman who was doing my reflexology was actually very good and nice however the other male and female technicians were constantly talking VERY loudly to each other in the massage room while with clients, they were back-and-forth practically yelling during what is supposed to be a relaxing spa treatment. It was so disruptive, rude and irritating. I️ asked 4 times for them to please keep it down and they ignored my request. Finally, I️ asked them why they even bothered to have the lights off and spa music playing for the customers if they were going to continue to talk so loudly and shared that it was impossible to relax. It stopped for literally one minute then started up again. I️ decided to abruptly stop my massage and pay what I️ owed for 25 minutes of my 90 minute session in the absolute of the worst environment. I️ felt bad for the woman who was working on my feet she kept apologizing and politely asking them to quiet down and they rudely ignored her too. I️ will never go there again.

I had a horrible experience. I showed up at the location and asked for an appointment with Lily. The manager told me to come back in 30 minutes and set up an appointment for me. I drove back for my appointment and was on time. Lily took a walk-in instead. When I told lily I had an appointment, she proceeded to service the gentlemen who was a walk-in. She then told me I could come back in another hour. I waited 20 minutes to speak to a manager. The manager confirmed my appointment and then stated there was nothing she could do. I wasted over an hour of my day.
