Body Essentials Day Spa Massage

I've been to many massage parlors before, but this one stands out. The environment is elegant and quiet, and the masseuse's techniques are spot-on. She can help me relieve my fatigue. I'll definitely come here often. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try. You'll fall in love with it just like me.

I should have walked out. Booking was easy and the price was cheap, which is why we went here since I was limited on time and our usual therapist doesn’t work Sundays. First red flag was communication being very difficult. Second, there was no intake form or any questions about our bodies, focus areas, injuries, or places we didn’t want massaged. Third, the tables weren’t warmed, and the sheet provided was so small and sheer that I had to ask for a second one. Before the massage even started, I explained (through a phone translator) that I was there for a bad spasm and wanted the lower back focused on. I also told them not to touch my husband’s neck. Instead, my therapist just rubbed my shoulders and pushed on my arms without any real depth or focus. We paid for deep tissue but got what felt like a light Swedish massage. At one point, my husband’s therapist actually walked out for a couple of minutes to talk loudly with someone outside before returning. I had to specifically ask my therapist to even work on my lower back. By the end, my husband had severe neck pain from a massage I had clearly asked them to avoid. The ladies were nice, but the quality, focus, and professionalism were not there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The massage was 5 star. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because not being a regular, just visiting from out of town, I was a little lost because no directions were given. Luckily I’ve had many massages and was able to figure it out though. As mentioned before the therapist was amazing but she did not introduce herself when she came in and that could have very well been a language barrier. None of this would ever prevent me from going back whenever I’m in town again. Just sharing reasons for a 4 star rating instead of 5.

Such an Amazing experience….. Definitely recommend it 💯 The place was so relaxing, clean, the ladies were so friendly, polite and welcoming. The couple massage was AMAZING!!! Mine was a Prenatal 🥰 it truly relaxed me and the tension I had in my neck, upper left back and shoulders is gone. I felt completely relieved from the pain I was experiencing. My Husband also enjoyed his massage as well. Thank you so much Body Essentials Day Spa for the wonderful experience.

I always love coming here and what I love best is that I can drop in. The ladies there are so warm and welcoming. They provide excellent service and always do a great job getting my knots out. I would recommend this place.

I passed by this massage shop and walked in. After an hour of relaxing my back muscles, I felt completely relaxed. The environment and hygiene standards are standard, and it is worth recommending to friends to come here.
