We went as a group of 6 and i will say we had some trouble booking all of us together but, We really really enjoyed all of the services! All of the ladies were very nice. Hanandi REALLY got our faces clear and smooth she was great! She got blackheads i hadn’t been able to get myself! Very happy with her! There was more talking during this service because we needed to discuss what was ok and not and what i wanted done. Agnes and Olga were very nice as well and put many of us to sleep! They created a very peaceful and relaxing time! After initial questions and it’s quiet and soothing from there! We had an excellent time and all agreed we had to be back! I definitely plan to be back soon because the hotel is BEAUTIFUL too! Also a special special shout out to Tanya! She was amazing in solving all the issues we initially had and I’m glad i got to work with her! Definitely plan to work with her in the future!

Hanadi’s massage was amazing. Communicating consistently and adjusted accordingly. I had an enhancer added but couldn’t decide so I requested Hanadi to tailor my massage to what she suggested and I’m so glad I did. 10 out of 10 and will be back!

Recently received an 80 minute massage and 80 minute facial. So relaxing. Both Agnes (massage) and Hanadi (facial) were amazing. I've been receiving massages from Agnes for about a year and hands down I will be utilizing her as long as she is doing them. Had some hip and back issues, and her massages aided greatly in regaining better mobility with less pain due to her attention to detail. This is my first time with Hanadi, and definitely will go again. Recommend these ladies 100/10.

I had an appointment for massage with Alexandria and it was amazing! Service was top notch and I was truly able to relax and enjoy. My wife and I came for a couples massage and we truly loved it. I would definitely recommend this location and Alexandria for your next massage. I will be returning!

Butsaba was absolutely amazing. This lady stretched out my arms and hit every part of my back that had tension. I absolutely loved it! I got the add on scalp massage too and the oil smelled incredible and felt amazing. I LOVED it! Would definitely go back

Wow wow wow wow!! What an oasis this is for anyone looking for a relaxing day. As a Chicagoan, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t find this place sooner. I can sincerely say that Hanadi’s massage changed my life & I will definitely be rebooking with her in the near future.

Exceptional start to the new year thanks to Angie and Agnes. As a mutual Christmas present, we booked a couples massage at the Hyatt Lodge Oakbrook. It was nice to have a little get away so close to home. A hidden gem. Booking was easy, correspondence prompt. We had the pleasure of being treated by Agnes and Angie and both could not have been happier. It was not described as a hot stone massage but I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to it as a part of the 80 minutes. It seemed like a nice mix of everything and I could not recommend more highly! Thanks Windy City Massage, Agnes and Angie!
