I have been seeing Yufei for years and I have never been disappointed in my experience. Her hospitality and technique are absolutely unmatched, and she is a master of her craft. Yufei always gives me the best treatments and recommendations for my skin, and I look years younger for it. It's truly a blessing to be her client. As long as she is in business, I won't go anywhere else for my skin needs.

Today was my last wax by Dijana only because I’m moving out of Chicago. I’m actually surprised I didn’t leave a review for her ages ago. I found Q Spa as I live in Lakeshore East. If you’re looking for someone incredibly personable to do a phenomenal wax and any other service Dijana may offer - don’t hesitate to book an appointment with her. You’ll end up going back to more times than I can remember like myself. Dijana will literally talk to you about absolutely anything and everything during your service - it’s almost like a cute therapy session or a hang out with a girlfriend! I’m gonna miss Dijana! Truly and probably may never find anyone like her. She is a gem of Chicago. ✨💫

Facial: The phrase "you get what you pay for" doesn’t always ring true for things, but it certainly applies to this facial. This is worth every penny. Yufei is a gem and a true professional and expert in her field. I received compliments on my face (not just my skin, but my face!) for months after my facial; multiple people even asked me if I got a nose job! That’s how good it is. You will not be disappointed. Eyebrows: I’ve been looking for a trustworthy person to do my eyebrows for years ever since I moved to Chicago, and I finally found it here. Dijana is excellent at waxing and shaping eyebrows, and she uses high grade wax that never leaves me feeling sticky or leaves a rash. Not to mention that she is a lovely person and great conversationalist!

Recently frequented Q spa+ this Wednesday. All in all a five star experience for sure. The people working there are so nice and friendly, the treatment was extremely professional. You can tell the owner and everybody that work there really care about what they are doing, they are very enthusiastic about providing a healthy lifestyle to their customers. I had my appointment with Sara for a facial that day. The product they use is very high-end as when I was done with the deep cleanse, it actually felt like I was given a new face. She got rid of most of my black heads, a few of my acne that were hard to take care of. All I had to do was just lie there and enjoy the idea of my skin getting better.

When I moved to Chicago 2 years ago, I found this spa for waxing services and they are incredible! The staff is always very nice, the services provided are high quality and the space is very clean - after going here for two years I can definitely see the difference of the quality from other spas. Recently I've tried their hydro facial service and as expected I left feeling refreshed and happy how my skin looked. This is the only place I will go to shape and wax my eyebrows, the level of perfection and detail they provide is truly impeccable. I highly recommend!

This spa is beyond soothing and the service was outstanding from check in to check out. My facial was with Louisa, who was wonderful, pleasant and had a smile until the end of my visit. The facial was soothing and effective and my skin really felt like it could breathe! I had no breakouts or blemishes the following day either. This technician really knows what she is doing and we had a lovely knowledgeable conversation about skincare. Would def. ask for her again. With all that, it is nice to know you can escape, unwind and work out the stress with some nice spa time without having to go far. I highly recommend everyone to pamper yourself here. Great Experience.
