The Spa at Palmer House

Had an amazing spa party at the Spa at the Palmer House for my birthday! The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were amazing! We all had a massage that we all enjoyed. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! I visited with a small group of friends for a relaxing day together, and everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. My massage was amazing and my friends were equally happy with their services. We also enjoyed a nice spread of appetizers and libations in the lounge area after our treatments, which was a great touch and made the experience feel even more special. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and treat ourselves. Highly recommend for group spa days, celebrations, or just a little self-care!

The planning for our day and the actual day of services we received for our mother/daughters outing was exceptional! The communication from the staff in the planning process and the welcoming and accommodating of us was professional and fun. We were able to use the fitness amenities of the hotel before our services. We each enjoyed and relaxed with the services we received by the knowledgeable and professional staff. We stayed and relaxed longer with champagne and snacks. Overall, it was a great experience and hope to make it an annual event.

I had an excellent experience at the Palmer House Spa. I’ve hosted two birthday parties here, and both were handled with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was warm, accommodating, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the treatments were top quality. I highly recommend the Palmer House Spa for both special occasions and personal relaxation.

The Spa at the Palmer House made it so easy to coordinate a recent group event for a bachelorette party. The communication was very quick. The group package prices were very reasonable compared to other spa locations. The facility had everything we needed and even better it was convenient to stay at the hotel. The ladies each got to choose their own spa service. It came with some food and bubbly that we enjoyed. Overall great experience. Would book again.

I came to the Palmer House spa with a group of friends for a bachelorette party and we had the best time!! We had a fairly large group and we were all accommodated - sizing, allergies, pregnancies, and preferred service provider gender were all taken into account. It was a peaceful, lovely break from an otherwise busy weekend! I hope to stop again next time I’m in Chicago! ☺️

The Spa at the Palmer House was absolutely the perfect choice for a pre-wedding girls' spa day. From a private yoga class to relaxing treatments to amazing food, drinks and gift bags, this lovely venue has it all. The Spa staff made sure we had a wonderful day -- they were so attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend The Spa for an unforgettable event at this historic hotel. A huge thank you to the entire spa team!
