The NOW Massage South Loop

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now and can finally give a thorough review. The South Loop location is perfect, with welcoming hosts and a few not-so-welcoming hosts, but I don’t let the few overshadow the greatness that is The Now. I’ve had massages from Scott, Cam, and Robyn, so I guess I’ve been around, as the kids say. However, Robyn is in a league of her own! She’s the first person in my 30-something years of life with at least 15 of those spent getting massages, who taught me my pressure level is firm and not medium. However, it’s a female firm and not a male firm because I had had Scott and Cam try firm on me and it’s just a bit too much but I can’t fault them because they’re men and I’m pretty petite for a woman. Robyn was very accommodating to my body’s needs and knowledgeable about how to get every knot, cramp, and crinkle out. Highly recommend getting a membership here to get your money's worth and regular tranquil experiences.

I drove into town and was so sore the next day. I booked an appt with Ashley. She was phenomenal. Paid attention to problem areas, communicated throughout regarding firmness. Was THE BEST massage experience I’ve ever had.

This is my second massage from Robyn. She was absolutely wonderful both times. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed.. she clearly knows what she’s doing. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Robyn and look forward to booking with her again!

Cannot recommend this place enough! Vibes are lux, and the space is super clean and cozy. Ive been seeing my favorite masseuse Margarita for a few months, she is insanely talented at her craft. Incredibly knowledgeable and in touch with tension & how to reduce it long term. My back issues overall have drastically decreased since keeping her sessions on my calendar. On top of just high quality service, she is super nice and her energy is wonderful. Shes the best, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a customer here since they opened and they are truly amazing. Today I saw Robyn for the first time. The massage was perfection and her technique for the scalp renewal with the coconut oil was the cherry on top! I highly recommend her!

I sent my significant other to get a massage with Lazéric, and I’m honestly blown away by how incredible the experience was. From the moment the session started, his energy, professionalism, and skill were on a completely different level. My partner walked in stressed, tense, and exhausted and she walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Floating. Glowing. Straight-up transformed. Lazéric doesn’t just give massages, he performs magic. Every movement was intentional, powerful, and perfectly targeted. You can tell this is not just a job for him — it’s a true gift. If you’ve ever thought about getting a massage, stop thinking and book with Lazéric immediately. Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and we will 1000% be booking again and telling everyone we know. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Lazéric is THE one.

I am pleased with the excellent service that I received from Robyn. She sincerely inquired about my goals for the massage and discussed her strategy to achieve those goals before the service began. The technique she used during the deep tissue massage was superior to those used by other skilled providers. When she asked for feedback, I shared that I genuinely appreciated how she used patterns based on the anatomy of the muscles to work out the knots in my shoulders and confessed that I recognized this as I am a physician. I highly recommend Robyn, who paid attention to detail, which yielded a fantastic result.
