I recently visited this brand-new hair spa in West Loop, Chicago, and had an amazing experience! I booked the 65-minute Stress-Relief Tension Release service, and it was everything I hoped for and more. One of the highlights for me was their innovative use of AI technology to analyze my scalp health. It gave me personalized insights I’ve never received anywhere else—and made the whole experience feel modern and tailored to me. The spa itself is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The environment is relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff member who took care of me was not only professional but also warm and attentive, which made me feel completely at ease. After the treatment, my hair felt unbelievably smooth, soft, and shiny—like it had been completely revived. I could feel and see the difference right away! Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a unique and refreshing hair and scalp treatment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The facial left my skin glowing, and the scalp treatment was incredibly soothing—just what I needed to unwind. The space is serene and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. You can really tell they care about both beauty and wellness. Plus, free parking made the whole experience even better—so convenient, especially in the west loop! Appointments fill up fast, so don’t wait to book—treat yourself, you won’t regret it! I already can’t wait to go back and try more treatments 😍

So happy that San Spa opened in the area!!! The spa is gorgeous with an incredible ceiling that has a star effect and even a shooting star. I literally could lay and watch the ceiling all day it’s so dreamy. The staff is extremely friendly and the music relaxing that as soon as you walk in you feel yourself decompress. I got the Hydra Bubble Facial with Jocelyn and had a wonderful experience. She asked what my skin concerns were to cater to my needs and did a full skin analysis before starting. She was very gentle and shared each step in the process as well. The products used felt amazing on my face especially this very soft brush used to spread product and a cooling wand type device. Overall, it felt like quality products used and my face felt so much more hydrated and glowing. A couple days later, Jocelyn called my cell to check in and ask how my skin was doing which I thought was very impressive customer service as I’ve never had a spa call me after a service - thank you! My experience was truly excellent and I will 100% be back again soon!!!

Yesterday, I checked in at San Spa. In a softly lit, private space, professional therapists used customized essences for a head spa treatment. Their techniques were amazing—gentle as a spring breeze—melting away all my stress. The deep nourishment for my scalp left me feeling completely refreshed inside and out. Highly recommend experiencing this luxurious personalized service!Members will receive an exquisite small gift.
