I had such an incredible experience here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt peaceful, clean, and welcoming. My deep tissue massage was exactly what my body needed — firm enough to work out all the tension but still relaxing. The hot stones were pure heaven and melted away stress I didn’t even realize I was holding. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. You can tell they truly care about their clients’ comfort and healing. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone needing real relaxation and relief.

I’ve been going to Pure Serenity Spa for a few years now. I’ve usually always had great experiences and great massages, however, my last experience was pretty lackluster. I booked a couple’s deep tissue massage for our anniversary. I called about 2 weeks ago, and the person taking my appointment booked us the day before because they read the date wrong. We were able to be taken though due to a last minute cancellation, but the process seemed pretty rushed because they USED to provide you with a sheet where you could select problem/focus area with level of pressure desired. I don’t know if they skipped that part specifically for us because of the confusion, or if they removed it entirely but they should really bring it back because my massage felt like a waste of money. There was minimal pressure and no question/communication from the massage therapist other than when I had to turn over. My partner did get communication from her therapist regarding pressure during the massage, but I wasn’t so lucky with mine. Anyway, it seems like they’ve expanded as they’ve acquired extra space just across the street; which means they’re more busy and hired more masseuses with probably less emphasis on customer care. I don’t even think I heard even a brief apology for them scheduling us on the wrong day. I don’t think I’ll be coming back if the quality is going down. They were great, now they’re ok.

Been here 3 times. Professional, nice masseuses. I like the deep tissue massages, the hot stones, and the warm pillow they put under your neck. 2 small improvements: More pressure (or harder) on the deep tissue massage and keep the heating pad on for customers because it’s cold laying on the bed.

The experience was amazing! We upgraded to the VIP treatment and it was worth every penny! Quiet and luxurious. Everyone was friendly and polite. Will be back soon!

I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t say that lightly. I’ve probably had 50-60 massages in my life. I like firm pressure with a little bit of stretches throughout the massage. I got exactly that. I did the VIP package. I came across this spa on Groupon as I’ve been trying out different spots in the city. I will absolutely be back. Thank you very very much Linda.

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage here. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend!

I booked the one hour deep tissue massage and it was the best massage ever! Maggie is amazing, I’ll definitely come back and see her again😍
