Perspire Sauna Studio

Amazing staff! The benefits for your body and mind are so incredible. I felt relaxed. I walked away energized but once my head hit the pillow, I sleep so sound. I am emphasizing wellness more in my life. So this was the perfect addition, the IR sauna coupled with oxygen halo therapy and a cold burst shower. Currently, they are running a discount. It is an amazing experience and I promises you it will get you hooked! But, once again the amazing staff was the cherry on top, they were personable and highly engaged. In times like these, where people do not care about nothing except for money, it is amazing to find a place who is interested in my wellness journey! I barely post but felt compelled to share my thoughts on this company. Here’s to Your Wellness!

West Loop staff is amazing! Super welcoming and professional. Saunas are always clean, and the vibe is so relaxing. Always a great experience, highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Super clean every time and the staff is genuinely friendly. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Only thing is when they run promos it’s difficult to get in last minute on the weekends. But outside of that, there’s usually availability. I love that unused sessions roll over. I also love their red light feature. I always walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and my skin is glowing. If you need a reset for your body and mind this is it!

Perspire Sauna Studio is..... INCREDIBLE. The staff are amazing -- immediately made me feel welcomed and empowered with information from the moment I walked in asking to learn more. I'm grateful this place exists! Fantastic, elevated private facilities, unlike saunas I've seen before. Wonderful team; tremendous experience. Worth it!

I visited Perspire Studio in the West Loop today for a red light sauna session using their 19.00 promotion. Pros: Extremely friendly and professional staff & clean studio. I like that you get a personal sauna room where you can relax, set the mood, temperature & even watch a little TV. I didn’t know what to expect with red light vs your standard sauna session. One difference is that the heat sneaks up on you so you definitely want to stay hydrated. There was a shower in the sauna room so I was able to leave the shower and take a "cold" rinse afterwards. The cold rinse is an up grade but it came with the promotion. There’s timers everywhere so that you can track your time. Lastly, they accept payments from your HSA. Cons: sessions are a bit pricey at 49.00 per session which is more than the monthly cost of most gym memberships. Overall, this was a good experience. I felt very relaxed afterward. I just don’t think it’s an exceptional value long term. Maybe nice a nice gift that both men and women can enjoy.

Aby, the attendant at the front desk was so awesome. I love perspire and use their locations all over when I travel. She stood out. She made my experience extra great - super informative, kind, and attentive. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Perspire Sauna Studio! From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their members’ experience. Aby and Omar, some of the managers, deserve special recognition. They are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile, making sure everything runs smoothly. The saunas themselves are top-notch: private and perfectly set up with towels and entertainment options so you can completely unwind. Whether you’re there to recover, detox, or just enjoy some quiet time, the experience feels both luxurious and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Perspire to anyone looking to improve their life.
