This is the best spa I’ve been to in Chattanooga. Every time I’ve visited, it’s a wonderful experience. I received a facial once by the owner… I didn’t know until after when I was paying and the person at the desk told me. She was amazing, made me feel like we were old friends and took care of me so well. Recently had a massage by Kathey, and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Love this place and the people.

This is my go to spa in Chattanooga! I get all of my facials, massages, and skincare from Center Med Spa and it’s the best. I also had a fun girls spa day before my wedding and they made it so special for me. The staff is incredible and it’s such a beautiful, relaxing place, perfect for all of your spa needs!

I had the best experience with Ashley ! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. She took the time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and tailor the service to my skin’s specific needs. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment — and the results speak for themselves! My skin looks refreshed, glowing, and more even than it has in years. Ashley’s gentle touch and attention to detail truly set her apart. If you’re considering any aesthetic treatments, I can’t recommend Ashley enough. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about helping you look and feel your best.

Had an AMAZING experience at this spa. Ashley gave me my facial and she was so knowledgeable and caring. Wes gave me my mani - pedi. He was fantastic as well. I moved here 2 yrs ago and I’m thrilled I found my new "place" to get my facials & nails. Gift/spa shop is wonderful as well!

Lakin is hands down the best nail tech I've ever had! Amy at CMS is also, incredible! The front desk folks are always so pleasant and great to work with. CMS leadership even was gracious enough to donate a gift basket to a non profit event I was helping host recently. This place is the best in town! And last but not least- always SPOTLESS!!!!

Wonderful MedSpa! I have been a few times and never been disappointed. Consistently great service and they have the sweetest staff! I left some very special jewelery and Travis found it for me!! Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellent service.

I booked a standard massage and facial for my mom and I and we both loved it! I called about a month in advance and their pedicures were already booked for the day we would be there, so I definitely suggest calling ahead. However, their booking was simple and they relayed all information about arrival and parking very well. Our massages were done together, and our masseuses made us feel comfortable and focused on different areas depending on what we told them. Our facials were done separately and my skin has never felt so amazing! It was a great experience for my mom and I!
