My go to spa place, my absolute favorite! I’ve been going for quite a while and I make the hour drive from Georgia just because it’s worth it. I love Patrick! He’s the kindest, most polite, and professional. He always greets me and is truly one of the main reasons I haven’t went elsewhere. How you treat your guests is huge and I feel like he goes above and beyond to make me and my company feel comfortable! Everyone else is so kind as well. I usually get my massage services with MK and I tell you, I fall asleep EVERY time! It’s just so relaxing with the most soothing atmosphere and top it off with the perfect intensity massage. The robes and complimentary drinks and the quiet room are a nice way to relax and decompress even more afterwards. 10/10 all in all, every time.

This had to be one of the best massages I have ever had. And I have had a lot. As a matter of fact, I own a medspa that provides massage therapy and I am still amazed at the level of service provided at the Spa at the Chattanoogan. From the time Patrick made our booking to our last goodbye to the staff, everything was first class. I especially appreciated the extras including the hot stones and a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. The spa was top notch all the way and we will definitely be back. See ya soon!
