A Better You Massage & Day Spa

I had an amazing experience with all services, facial, massage and waxing. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and noticeably smoother. The waxing was quick, thorough, and done with great care to ensure comfort. The esthetician, Talitha, was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Jeff gave a wonderful deep tissue massage that resolved my shoulder tension. I highly recommend these services to anyone looking for high-quality skincare, massage and waxing.

Absolutely love this spa! The owner and the therapists are very nice and professional. I've had massages from almost all of the therapists as well as waxing with Talitha. The services are top-notch! I've been coming at least 1-2x per month for the last few months. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very great first experience for our couples Valentine’s Day massage with Jeffery and Diana. They had warm massage beds and a nice room. They are attentive to your needs and great service. 10/10

Visiting Chattanooga for a few days for a couple different reasons my first grandson due to be born any day now & my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. Decided on a last minute massage and stumbled across this location online. They were the only location with last minute availability & on a Monday!! Booked a massage for my youngest daughter and myself it was absolutely amazing. Heather & Jeffery were very kind and professional.

Since I have been coming to A Better You Spa I have never had a negative experience with services or any customer service issues. Talitha is very experienced and professional and enjoys interacting with her clients and can give great skin care advice and has lots of advice on wellness and other concerns. I an a regular waxing customer but i have also enjoyed the massages I’ve had as well. I recommend A Better You Day Spa as the best in town for customer service and spa services.

Absolutely love my lashes from Allison! They look so natural but still give that perfect glam touch. She’s super professional and makes the whole experience so relaxing. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for gorgeous lash extensions!

The couples massage was great, my husband and I felt very welcomed when we arrived and they wasted no time getting us started. The ambiance was inviting yet calming. Also the location is central to shopping and eating which made it easy to keep the experience going.
