Toska Spa & Facial Bar - Charlotte

I was in Charlotte for work and really wanted to find a good place for a facial that had availability. After striking out at a couple places, I found Toska! They were amazing from start to finish. They immediately took my luggage for me and got me a water while I waited, and my esthetician (Christy) was super prompt. I loved her! She evaluated the service that I had booked and tweaked it to really meet my needs (lymphatic drainage and microcurrent). She had a very calming touch and also explained everything in the process to me as we went. She also offered to be completely quiet if I wanted to just chill. At the end, she actually asked if I wanted product recommendations instead of forcing them on me, which I appreciated! I learned a lot about my skin in the process and did end up buying a couple products I was super impressed with, and I was pleased they worked with my budget by offering travel sizes of products if available. Definitely a great experience! I’ve only had a few facials, but the price for what I got was well worth it. My skin looked amazing!

I never write reviews but I couldn’t help myself this time. I have struggled with eczema and acne since I was a teen. I’ve seen several dermatologists and estheticians in that 30 year span and tried every crème, ointment, light mask, and laser under the sun. Nothing worked. Until I came to Toska Spa and met Cari. I could cry just thinking about how happy it makes me to look in the mirror now. I think I was so used to it, I didn’t know how much it still bothered me. Cari took her time and created a regiment for me to do at home in between facial treatments. Not only have all of her suggestions worked but I look forward to seeing her and relaxing those two times each month, it’s like a mini vacation, she’s so sweet. Highly recommend Cari who is their lead, the spa and the products! Thank you!

This postpartum working mom had the best facial experience ever here! Athena was so great - I really appreciated the care she took to explain what she was doing and why/the benefits. It was a relaxing experience as well. My skin looks and feels great even days after my appointment. I was looking for a facial spa that puts skin health (it is our body’s first barrier after all) above injectables and Botox etc. This is that place! Can’t wait to keep coming here.

Great experience! The spa itself is BEAUTIFUL. So nicely decorated. They offer facials exclusively but there are different ones to choose from depending on your needs and skin type. I got the purifying and she did microdermabrasion and put different products on it. I left feeling so refreshed! It took about 30 minutes and was soooo relaxing the whole time. I had Olivia and she was really good! The beds are next to each other in the big room but it's peaceful- the estheticians don't excessively talk, so I could just relax and listen to the soft music. I saw another review about the over selling of products , so I was worried about that. I noticed that after every facial, they bring each customer over to the product area and give them recommendations. I got recommendations on my skin type but I did not feel like I was being over sold. She had 4 products, explained them and just put them up at the desk when I was checking out. He asked if I wanted to purchase them but I never felt pushed into buying anything. It is a little pricy but it had a luxury feel and I think they did a good job. Everyone was super nice and they gave me lemon water in a glass while I was waiting. I may not return as frequently as they recommend due to the price, but I would go back!

I came here to get a full face wax before my upcoming wedding - Mackenzie was fantastic! The place itself is very relaxing. The wax they use was great and wasn’t as painful as other places I’ve been before. Redness has subsided much quicker already compared to what I’ve experience from other places. Excited to go back an experience a facial at some point!

I’ve been to many different places across the country to get facials, but no one ever gave me an answer to my skin issues. I’ve been having small bumps on my skin for a while, and previous aestheticians kept saying I should just cleanse and exfoliate more… TOSKA SPA finally gave me the real reason: my skin is highly dehydrated and the products i’ve been using were not for my skin type. My aesthetician (unfortunately I forgot her name) recommended new products. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and my bumps are almost gone!!! Highly recommend this place. And it’s worth the money for how well educated the staff is. Of course, the space is also beautiful. Note: all the basic facials do NOT happen in a private or closed room. At first it felt weird to me to be treated in an open area with others, but during my facial I did not mind at all.

Tabitha was absolutely amazing. My skin is literally glowing. She was very knowledgeable about products for my specific skin as well. Already have her rebooked! The spa is also beautiful on the inside and so relaxing!
