SweatHouz South Park Contrast Therapy Studio

I thoroughly enjoyed my first contrast therapy session it was an amazing experience! I went on my birthday, and the team was so welcoming. They even remembered it was my birthday from when I booked over the phone and gave me a special birthday shoutout at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! Special shoutout to Jackie she was incredibly kind, helpful, and did a great job explaining what to expect.

This was one of my birthday presents yesterday 🎁 from my husband..I totally recommend this place to anyone needing a relaxing moment..from the time I came in until I left it was AWWWWSOME..the young lady at the front was great loved her. Take your man with u and make it a bonding time....The hubby and i are coming back soon!! 5 stars for me!!!!!!!

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First-Time Experience = Incredible! I can’t say enough great things about our first visit to SweatHouz South Park! As a brand-new customer (and I brought a guest with me), I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the moment we walked through the door, we knew we’d found something special. The studio is clean, modern, and immediately gives off a sense of calm and restoration. The contrast therapy experience itself was top-tier—invigorating, energizing, and surprisingly relaxing. It’s rare to find a place that truly blends luxury with wellness, but SweatHouz nailed it. A huge shoutout to Destiny for making our experience absolutely seamless! We were running behind, and she was not only extremely accommodating, but also greeted us with such kindness and patience. Her warm energy, professionalism, and flexibility made a potentially stressful moment feel like no big deal at all. She truly went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you, Destiny, and thank you SweatHouz South Park! We’re already looking forward to our next session. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to upgrade their self-care game.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We went for my friend's birthday. It was very relaxing , and I had the best sleep that night after my experience. I would recommend the SweatHouz to anyone wanting to try something different. I will definitely do it again..

My husband and I loved that we got our own private suite! It was a great relaxing experience and we’re already planning our next appointment. Just wish the cold plunge bath was working properly… our appt was at 8am and the facility seemed pretty vacant, yet we were put in a room where the woman who checked us in acknowledged that the cold plunge tank was "acting up" and not able to cool to the recommended 48-50 degrees (it stayed at 54 the entire time) so that was a little disappointing. If the equipment is known to be malfunctioning then we should have been put in a different room for our first appointment.

My husband and I tried contrast therapy for the first time, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The Sweathouz facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are prompt and polite. The only downside was a surprise extra charge on my credit card. We booked the discounted introductory session for $35, and when I called to ask about bringing a guest, I was told I could bring one at no extra cost. Later, I noticed an additional $25 charge, and when I called to confirm, they said it was for the guest. The cost itself isn’t the issue. I would have happily paid the extra $25 but I wish this had been communicated upfront. I do hope your management ensures that anyone answering calls is fully aware of the policies and any extra charges so there’s no confusion in the future. Thanks!

This is my first time visiting SweatHouz South Park, and it was a great experience. Overall, Destiny was awesome. She explained the process from start to finish, which made me feel very comfortable as a new client. I will be returning in the future.
