RISE Modern Wellness

Had a fantastic spa day. Sometimes we forget how important it is to take care of ourselves. After spending a few hours here you'll remember how important it is to take care of the little things. I did salt therapy and I feel like I can breathe again. I did pemf therapy (look it up -very interesting) which has already made the numbness in my hand reduce. Then I did a very hot sauna. The staff is great and super friendly. Jennifer was patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Just went for my first time and it was amazing!!!! What a clean and beautiful space!! Jennifer was amazing - i felt like i could laugh and talk with her forever! She did a wonderful job on my cryofacial and I will definitely be back! The Sauna was amazing as well!!! I feel so relaxed and refreshed!!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful tour experience at Rise Modern Wellness in South End, Charlotte, with Jeanne as my guide. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit feel relaxed and pressure-free. There were no pushy sales tactics—just honest information and a genuine interest in helping me find what would work best for my needs. The space itself is calming and beautifully designed, with a variety of wellness options to fit different budgets and preferences. Whether you’re new to wellness services or looking to upgrade your self-care routine, Rise has something for everyone. Jeanne made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. If you’re considering checking it out, I highly recommend stopping by for a tour with Jeanne—you won’t be disappointed!

I had a really enjoyable experience at Rise! Chris was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He gave me a thorough and detailed tour. I chose to do a cryotherapy facial, which I would highly recommend. It was very relaxing and a great experience. Chris and Jen were very personable and took the time to discuss my needs and goals. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Rise to anyone looking for relaxation and recovery.

Tried whole body crying for the first time and instantly felt a difference when I walked out! Felt more energetic after 3 minutes, it was cold but nothing too bad. Jeanne talked to me the entire time so it went by fast. She was very helpful with questions and showing me around the facility. I will definitely be joining soon!

Jeanne is awesome!! She was very thorough with information as she gave me a tour. She was also patient with my questions. I look forward to working with her as I embark on this self-care journey with Rise.

Jeanne was wonderful in walking me through each service. I had never done red light therapy or cryotherapy before, so that was new. I walked in anxious and tired, and left feeling so completely relaxed. My body felt like Jell-O, and my mind and spirit were refreshed! Will definitely go back again!
