I recently spent a morning at Sôlt Wellness and left feeling like I’d been on a mini retreat. Every detail of the space is designed to calm your senses from the moment you walk through the door. The staff greeted me warmly, explained each service, and made me feel completely comfortable trying something new. My first stop was yoga in the salt room, and it was unlike any class I’ve taken before. Surrounded by glowing Himalayan salt walls, breathing felt deeper and cleaner, and the gentle movement paired beautifully with the therapeutic air. It was equal parts energizing and grounding. Afterward, I slipped into the floating pod—a blissful sensory-free experience. The water was perfectly warm and buoyant, and within minutes I felt my muscles let go of weeks of tension. Time completely melted away; I left feeling weightless and renewed. I finished with a session in the Somadome meditation pod, which cocooned me in soothing light and guided meditation. Everything at Sôlt Wellness—from the serene décor to the thoughtful staff—felt intentional and elevated. If you’re looking for a truly restorative escape right in Charleston, I can’t recommend this combination of services highly enough. It’s the perfect way to recharge body and mind.

What a gem! The spa is spotless and smells fantastic. The staff is kind and the sound bath given by GEM was incredible. She is intuitive and a truly gifted facilitator. The experience left me in awe and it was by far the most rewarding south bath I had ever experienced. A must!

I’ve had two massages at Solt Wellness, and both experiences have been incredible. Lauren took the time to truly listen to what I was needing from the massage and thoughtfully incorporated it into the treatment. She is incredibly intuitive, skilled, and compassionate — I felt completely supported and safe throughout the session. Not only was it deeply relaxing, but it also genuinely helped relieve the back pain I had been struggling with. The spa itself is stunning — aesthetically beautiful, serene, and very welcoming. You can feel the calming energy as soon as you walk in. The staff is warm and professional, and the entire space feels intentionally designed for healing and relaxation. Love the vibe! Be sure to check out their float tank, meditation pods, and salt room — they offer such a thoughtful variety of wellness experiences. Solt is truly a gem!

Sensory deprivation tank was great. It was clean and a good atmosphere but the experience wasn’t as good as most sensory deprivation tanks I’ve been to. Usually they offer tea and a place to hang out before and after but the people barely talked to me. Still a great time, but slightly less good of an experience than im used to. I’d still go tho

I was surprised by a Mother’s Day, massage and salt room treatment while visiting Charleston this weekend, and was blown away by the beautiful ambience as well as both services. The owner was very welcoming upon arrival along with Kristen at the front desk. Lauren, arguably, gave the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I am never able to relax and she was able to do it. I love that you just pick your massage time and then it’s really custom from there! If she was local I would have a standing quarterly massage! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Loved my experience today!! My 90 minute massage with Lauren was absolute heaven!!! I enjoyed the float pod too. Very unique experience of effortless weightless floating. I peacefully reflected while I floated in the darkness imagining myself on the ocean. There were some star-light options and spa music too. Very Very lovely. I loved the overall spa feel here and everyone was so nice!!

I have had many massages in my life, but the 60-minute Massage at Solt Wellness with Lauren was by far the best I have ever had! The space is so welcoming, clean and relaxing. Lauren is so professional and knowledgeable! She can read your body and give it exactly what it needs. She uses both hot and cold stones and towels throughout the whole thing to maximize the relaxation. I was intrigued by all they offered outside of massages too….facials, salt floats, red light therapy. They also have parking! This is a hidden gem of a spa if you ask me! I would highly recommend it to anyone.
