The facility is always well-kept, and every visit has been a great experience. The ice baths are consistently set at 45 or 55 degrees and always ready to go. The red light therapy is perfect for relaxing while getting its benefits, and the sauna is top-notch, especially with the scented oils that enhance the steam. Plus, everyone I've encountered at the spa has been respectful and mindful of keeping the space clean. If you're looking to incorporate cold and heat exposure into your routine but don’t want the hassle or cost of setting it up at home, RejuvGen is the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

We LOVE this place! Eric and the staff and very friendly and the facility is state of the art. Always clean, welcoming and overall a very happy environment that my family and I love. My son wrestles in high school and he always has an injury due to the nature of the sport. His knees feel great after a session here and he is always good to compete the next day. Before rejuv he tried other things for his recovery but he always had that nagging pain. This place has him wrestling at peak performance and in his way to a college scholarship. My wife also loves the cold plunges and the hot tub. She spends 3 mins in the coldest tub 3x and makes her feel like a teenager again. The ice bath relieves her sore muscles from working out and relaxes her to sleep great at night. Myself, I love the hot tubs and sauna. These really. Are me feel relaxed and I can sit in them all day to relieve my stressful day. Highly recommend and if you are near here and do not stop in you are really missing out on a hidden treasure!!

If you need to recover from any type of exercise or sport that you’re doing, this is the place to go. It is very clean and location is perfect back in the old times we Would call this place a one stop shop because you literally have everything right in your hands. The owners of this place are very friendly and organized. I have seen the owners train and compete Jujitsu and I know that they are committed and responsible people. I would recommend this place to family and friends anytime. I’ll definitely be going back.

This place is great. Clean, relaxing, and right next to one of the best BJJ gyms in the valley! If you have ever thought about cold plunging, just stop in and give it a try. They make it super easy!
