Perspire Sauna Studio

I’ve been going to Perspire for almost a month now. I have an amazing experience every time! I love how all my settings are saved and ready to go when I get there!

I was recommended here by my yelp bestie Marlene & I'm so glad I came! For my first time it was such a great experience & 1 was able to do their $20 promo which was well worth it. They offer for purchase - single sessions, monthly subscriptions & session packages (buy in bulk) I was greeted by Belle who was so friendly & had great communication explaining everything and answering all my questions They have merch for sale in lobby & drinks for purchase along with a water station to refill your bottles! There is a TV in your room where you can watch Netflix or YouTube, I did split my tv time up with some Netflix and some YouTube of healing frequency meditation. There's a timer in there & they offer color light therapy which offers 6 different colors to choose from! (Their cannon beach location in mesa offers cold shower therapy) They even offer free weights if you choose to do a little workout in your sauna as well. I will def be back I feel so refreshed after my session (:

I really enjoy my secciones. Love that I control how hot I want the sauna. I am able to really get a full sweat. Staff is very sweet and attentive! Highly recommend it!

I have been coming to this Perspire location for almost a year now, and every visit has been exceptional. The studio is so clean and every staff member I have met is warm and welcoming. The studio suites and personalization options really make Perspire feel like a high level luxury spa experience. The staff have always been helpful when needing to move appointment times and they regularly run great deals and specials on sauna packages and memberships. I highly recommend the Ocotillo location for a truly unique and elevated sauna experience!

It was an amazing experience better than I was even imagining. I felt SO good when I finished. My skin and my stress level were rejuvenated . The staff were wonderful. I felt so comfortable. It is clean and professional. Can’t wait to go back

I love saunas and have tried Perspire before but this was my first time at this location. The front reception greeted me well, the place is sparkling clean and the room and towels were already set for me to use. They have great membership pricing and offers. I loved how they have guides on different lightings and their benefits. I wish I could visit them every week. This place is legit and I totally recommend it.

I love this place. The place is always immaculate very very clean . The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back and relaxing every Saturday morning.
