What a hidden gem in the heart of Cary, NC !!! The ambiance feels like a cozy cabin in the woods, enhanced by the soothing sound of running water and a beautifully designed wood-burning sauna. The essential oils, delectable pastries from Chef Dana, and refreshing tea made our time there even more special. The facilities are outstanding, with towels, a shower, and a pool available on-site, adding to our comfort. The lighting at night is simply amazing, creating a magical atmosphere around the fire pit, cold plunge, and venik whisk, making for an unforgettable experience. Our girls' night was the best experience I've had in a while. As someone who often struggles with sleep, I was amazed at how well I slept afterward and how much more at ease I felt. The warmth and kindness of Ginter and Dana truly set this place apart; they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend this wonderful escape for anyone looking to rejuvenate and relax!

This truly a great experience for someone seeking traditional sauna (or sauna in general). They got EVERYTHING you need for a good time. Very private, a lot of space and options to relax and cool off. Cold bucket is a huge plus. You can really tell the owner cares and provides best possible accommodations. Three hours may seem like a lot, but the time flies. Definitely worth it and we’ll be back for more later this winter.

We had a wonderful experience, and what a great start to the new year with this iconic Baltic banya procedure. Everything was absolutely AMAZING. The host was incredibly welcoming, polite, and respectful, truly focused on making sure we had a special time. Even though the banya is literally in their backyard, we felt completely private and had the best experience. The three-hour session was the perfect length, and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. We were also treated to pastries made by the host, which was such a lovely and thoughtful addition. Five stars all around.

Baltic Sauna is a truly amazing and fantastic experience! My husband booked it for us for 3 hours for my birthday. Upon the arrival we were greeted by a lovely hostess Dana, she gave us a tour of the place and we could instantly tell we are going to love it. Wood-burning sauna with the essential oils and oak branches was definitely the highlight of the night! The cold bucket experience and a pool dive were super entertaining as well. The place has a spacious dining area, as well as the sitting area with the fire pit and sofas. 3 hours went by like 30 minutes! This is a hidden gem of Cary!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The hosts are lovely, and the space is gorgeous. Everyone I invited loved it and found it very relaxing. Highlights include choosing essential oils to add to the water, taking freezing cold plunges in the pool, having huge amounts of towels, and of course the sauna!!
