 We recently replaced a 10+ year-old sauna with a new Finnish Tylo sauna purchased through Hot Tubs NW. Quinn and Kyle handled the initial install professionally, working through site challenges like an uneven floor and coordinating with electricians for required upgrades. Once installed, it became clear the unit wasn’t right: loud squeaks with movement, a door that didn’t swing smoothly, and visible gaps around the corners of the ceiling. Quinn returned to see the issues in person, documented them, and followed up the same day. Management made the decision to replace the sauna entirely. Quinn noted that in his 15 years in the business, he had never seen a unit with this level of defect. When the new unit came in, Quinn and Kyle removed the original unit and installed the replacement. The difference was immediate: silent, solid, smooth door, fast heat-up, and excellent performance. Hot Tubs NW truly stands behind their products. Quinn’s communication throughout was outstanding, and both he and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Jared helped us pick out our Swim spa, hot tub and Tylo sauna for our dream backyard spa! Then he hooked us up with Josh and Jeremy along with Tanner and Loren (Cumberland Construction) who made it all possible. All of these people are very considerate as well as professional and I highly recommend them. Jared st HTN was there throughout the construction to help us with any concerns we had. This was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am so glad we did it! Now Randy at HTN is proving to be a wealth of knowledge when the rubber meets the road on living with this new Spa! My wife Susan and I thank you all for helping to improve our lives in so many unanticipated ways! We appreciate all of you!

Great experience buying my hot tub! Everybody there was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! Shout out to Tammy my salesperson throughout the process. She was great and very attentive with all my questions and needs. Again, highly recommend.

We could not be happier with our Hot Springs spa. Randy Skelton is an excellent sales person. He was enthusiastic without being pushy. Once I decided to get a spa, Randy even came to my home to help me select a location. The pad, electrical hookup, delivery and installation all went very smoothly. I appreciate how the contractors communicated so well with Randy at the store. Happy customer!

These guys are simply outstanding. From the showroom to installation to follow-up site visits for instruction and quality review, they are on the top of their game. We just had a Karina 2 infrared sauna installed in our home. Kyle and Quinn did a fantastic job of assembling the sauna in a difficult location in our basement. Not a lot of room to maneuver! We decided to purchase a hot tub for Christmas this year. We found Jordan and the crew at Hottubs NW to be very helpful and accommodating. We had a challenging tub placement, but Sean and his crew did an outstanding job of solving problems and making it work. Then the technician came out and made sure everything was hooked up correctly. Finally, Jordan came out again and took the time to explain the salt water cleaning system. The new tub is perfect for us and improving our lives immensely.
