Shamefully, I have forgotten the name of my masseuse, but she was really good! I went in for a 2hr full body and foot massage package, which includes a 60 minute Body Work (optional Air Cupping included), 60 minutes Foot Work & Herbal Foot Soak. Staff is very friendly, a nice variety of services offered and so cool that they also provide a complementary dessert and champagne 🍾 (or hot 🍵 tea). I will book again.
I came in as a walk in and they were generous enough to accommodate me for a 30 minute foot message and 30 minute back massage. When they paired me with my masseuse, the masseuse did not greet me nor make eye contact upon meeting and essentially just started massaging my feet. I thought it was odd but didn’t take offense to it, I assumed they wanted to quickly get started because I was a walk in. When it came time to do the body massage portion, I felt unnecessarily rushed. The attendant asked me 3 separate times if I was ready to get started. I wasn’t even given a full minute to take off my layers and shoes. Additionally, this portion of the massage took place downstairs which was much colder than the upstairs area. The back massage I was given was unfortunately very sloppy and haphazard. The pressure was inconsistent, her hands/body bumped me multiple times throughout the encounter which they did not apologize for, they were not mindful of covering my buttock area when not being worked on and they were coughing and sniffling throughout the encounter while not wearing a mask. Worst of all, they tried to stiff me on the time, which the front desk didn’t believe at first. When I pushed back on paying full price, they checked their computers and noted my massage services ended 15 minutes early. No discount was provided for this oversight and bad customer service. I rated this establishment two stars because they did accommodate me as a walk in and it was clean. However, I will not be returning here for any of their services in the future. There are many other massage places in Brooklyn who have better massage quality and more accurate with their time.
I went to have a massage with my cousin. I had a massage with Tina, and my cousin had Nina. They were amazing! The massage felt so nice, I swore she read my mind. It was $60 for 1 hour with hot stones and it was soooo good!!! Next time I'm in town I will be back here!
Nina was fabulous! She really worked out my kinks. The place was very cute and warm! The hot oil and hot rocks were perfect for my back pains. I will definitely be back!
I booked a 90-minute massage for $85 (cash price), and it was well worth it. The space was clean, relaxing, and conveniently close to the subway. Everything felt professional and peaceful from start to finish. I’d definitely return.
This place is absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend! I’m dealing with a worst case scenario injury, I’m about 27 months out of a major surfing injury. I herniated C6 and effectively full spinal whiplash. Think wearing spanx inside your body that’s 2 sizes too small - all the time. That’s how I had been feeling when I started. I started coming to Flow Day Spa almost a year ago and immediately after my first massage knew that there is something special about this place. I’ve been coming here regularly (about every other week) since then and have significantly improvements in my recovery. I started with massages, lymphatic drainage and cupping over the summer and was really happy to report consistent improvement over the summer, gaining flexibility with each session. Recently, I added the body stretching. If you have an old injury or not moving as you want, I recommend trying out the stretching. After a couple of sessions, I am now almost feeling like I’m back to my old self. I am gaining mobility in my joints. This place is really special. I definitely suggest giving it a try when you need to treat yourself or as part of your injury recovery.
I had an excellent experience with Steven at Flow Day Spa. I booked a 60-minute combo massage that included full body, head, and foot work, followed by a 30-minute stretch session, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had in a long time. Steven is highly skilled, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about the body. The massage was both deeply relaxing and effective, and the stretch session was especially helpful for releasing tension and improving mobility. Everything felt intentional, not rushed, and tailored to what my body actually needed. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and delivers real results, I highly recommend booking with Steven at Flow Day Spa. I’ll definitely be back.
