Bobbi Jo has been taking care of my hair for over 20 years….i would have followed her anywhere! We have become good friends and I look forward to every visit. Her shoulder massage to begin relaxes me, her color expertise is amazing, and I loved trying her head spa treatment. She is one of a kind! AMAZING!

Bobbi Jo is definitely top of her profession! Her experience and expertise shine through in all of her work. She is personable and knowledgeable and really listens to the client and takes into account what they are asking for and what will work best for them. The environment of her salon is both relaxing and inviting and I can’t wait for my time with her every couple of months!

Bobbi is an amazing hairstylist. She listens to what you want & is the epitome of professional. Her space & her, as a person, make you feel very relaxed & comfortable. I would never go to anyone else.

I booked 2 months in advance based on their availability for the 2hr head spa experience and I believe some add ons. The experience was supposed to be for myself as a presurgical spa day. Basically day of, my appointment was canceled due to a family emergency on their part. Rather than booking me with another person, I was continuously led on for weeks, without updates or availability to reschedule and was met with frustration when asking for communication. When I reached out, I was met with animosity around the subject of "apologies [their] father's passing is such a great inconvenience to [myself]." I can only imagine, but as a customer service rep, pass the client on to the next person available to help if you can't. Giving time frames for rescheduling would've made it seem like you take your work seriously had you stuck to them as well. I understand family passes away and leaves us in certain circumstances. Pass the client on then. Don't make us wait a month before we have to reach out to YOU, and then get aggravated because put your clients in the dark. Extremely disappointed in service before I even got to the door, let alone parking lot.

Bobbi Jo always does a wonderful job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. She is very talented and an easy conversationalist.

Hands down THE most incredibly relaxing experience. Bobbi Jo was so personable and made me feel comfortable the second I arrived. Her space has such a trendy yet cozy aesthetic and the service I received far exceeded any and all expectations! The before and after views of my scalp were true proof that her products, knowledge and technique accomplish exactly what it is your scalp is in need of. At 6 months pregnant I was 100% comfortable throughout my appointment. The chair was fantastic and Bobbi Jo was attentive and assured my comfort throughout . It’s been 4 days since my treatment and my hair and scalp still feel incredible! Genuinely can not wait to get back in her chair! 1000000/10 recommend!

Bobbi Jo is my hair HERO! She is SOO talented! I met her attending some industry education last year and she’s one of my favorite people ever! Her hair color skill is out of this world, I have notoriously tricky hair to color properly, she’s nailed it- every single time! And even saved me in TWO emergency hair situations lol! And don’t get me started on her Japanese Head Spa skills - I literally dream of head spa services now, it’s truly a unique and comprehensive treatment that is as relaxing as a massage, except you leave feeling cleaner and lighter than ever. Plus it’s really good to get educated on my scalp health especially since my hair isn’t as thick as itn used to be. Love you Bobbi! Thanks for being a WIZARD!!
