This is BY FAR the best place to buy a hot tub. Their prices are reasonable, they deliver, set up and provide maintenance. Ask for Charlie. He is knowledgable and a great guy to deal with!

A wonderful experience working with Josh at Galaxy! We called for information on a spa, and he not only helped answer all the questions, but got us a great deal! Speedy, efficient service. We went in and we were out of there quickly with a new spa set to deliver in a few weeks! Highly recommend.

Incredible service! Ask for Joshua Herrington! He is professional, very informative regarding the products we bought a Pleasure to work with. We went to Galaxy to buy a high end sauna. We bought the sauna, a new outdoor furniture set and the "bean" coffee table! Great experience!

Found the ad on FB marketplace and spoke with Joshua Herrington from Galaxy. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us pick the best product that would work best for us. He was very patient and helped navigate the process over the phone and through emails. We never even had to step foot into the store.

Gwen was amazing to work with. She was very honest and knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us at all. We won't have our hottub installed until the end of the month so review is solely on Gwen & customer service recieved.

I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing from the Tulsa location. Maybe the others are fine. We purchased 2 chairs that were supposed to be adjustable. We were so glad because the ones we received kind of lean forward. We went to adjust them….. you can’t. They were going to send someone out or replace them. It’s been over a week with us calling numerous times with no help at all! We may just put towels or something under the frame to help it tilt back. When you pay $1,500. Per chair you shouldn’t have to do that. Once they got our money they really didn’t care about us!
