I had an outstanding experience with Snake River Pool and Spa. I was dealing with multiple issues with my spa and honestly didn’t expect they could be resolved without an on-site visit—but I was pleasantly surprised. The company representative I spoke with on the phone, I believe her name was Freya, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and was able to accurately diagnose and walk me through fixing everything over the phone. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, and everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for great customer service and true expertise.

This is a unique mix of spa’s and pool tables under one roof. It is a great fit to think of. You can get your pool tables and spa at one place. Sorry no pics of the inside as when I came by they were closed but will go visit them so wait for an update.

The customer service experience I had with Lonna at Snake River Pool and Spa was second to none. There was a scheduling conflict with demolition in the outdoor space and timing of the delivery of the spa was of the utmost importance. Lonna spent two days coordinating an earlier delivery that aligned with the overall project. Where most people would have given up and would not have cared, Lonna went the extra mile, did everything in her power, and made it happen! She genuinely cared about my experience and it made a world of difference. Thank you, Lonna, and Snake River Pool and Spa, for being exceptional in your customer service, your dedication to customer satisfaction, and communication. You guys are awesome!

My hot tub had two large valves that leaked terribly. The snake river team have been responsive and helpful during the parts gathering and repair process. The problem is now resolved. Thank you!!

My husband has been looking for simonis cloth for some time, from a legitimate seller. He got his table from snake river some years ago so called them back asking for a quote and was shocked only needing the bed not rails, he was quoted under 200$ and then they said its also 25% today for billiards supplies and accessories..EVEN REASSURED US ..so we hurried up to make it there before 6:00. The cloth was well over 200$ closer to 400$ also didnt even have the color. . they weren't on the same page in the store either??? One person said no, nothings 25% off thats for swimming accessories as in pool the other says yes there is....nope! AWLAYS GO TO BILLIARDS OF IDAHO FOR ALL YOUR POOL TABLE AND ACCESSORY NEEDS. THEYRE KNOWLEDGEABLE

We have been very pleased with the level of service / support we have received from our sales rep, Joe Lenker, and the service team with the sale, install and training they have provided. I am so happy we purchased our hot tub from Snake River Pool and Spa as we have never owned a hot tub before and they have been very thorough, patient and accommodating helping us navigate through the water testing and balance along with other features on our spa.
