They are clean. Have towels in your room ready to go for your appointment. The cooling towel is a nice touch. Calm atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and kind. They include three towels and a cold eucalyptus towel for the end. You can play relaxing music or watch a show while enjoying some much needed self care.

This is a great place to relax!! Very clean, the staff is super friendly, helpful and informative!! The only downside is the parking, but there is a parking garage a block or 2 away. I love the entire experience!

Great experience and I felt the effects for the rest of the day. Jaiden was great, place is nice, tall tall ceilings, good size rooms. I would have gone hotter sooner, and would have gone straight to the calm app on the tv. Next time. I had room 9 at the end of the hallway.

I’m so glad they don’t lock you into a contract. So far I’ve been twice. First experience I brought my friend. We enjoyed the sweat together as we talked about life. Highly recommend hydrating before your session, and eating an hour or two before (but not too heavy of a meal) it could make you sick or very dizzy. They provide water fill up stations. Breathe! Feeeeel your body detox. Second experience; I was in room #5 it has a shower. I entered the room- very clean. Although there was not a towel in there for me to shower. When I asked for another they wanted to charge $2. Very Silly. They comped it for me when I gave them a look… They have linen service, so that there folks is a rip off. Towels should be included in the price you pay for your service (in my Spa expertise opinion). Bathroom Situation: If you need to use the restroom bring your purse or belongings, because these restrooms are shared in a common hallway that leads to the stretch lounge next door (they are partners). Hallway also leads to a storage room linen closet to the dank alleyway. Hallway door with no labels leads to a nice corridor with access to private residence with elevator to their homes. The bathroom itself: trigger alert! Reminds me of concentration camp shower rooms. No hangers to hang my purse or jacket, except the very wet sink counter. All in all I will be back, with a shower room! I’ll pee in the shower before going in those awful bathrooms again! LOL ; )

A friend referred me to Perspire to help kick this lingering respiratory thing — because apparently, sweating it out is the new superpower. 💦 Carissa helped me both on the phone and in person, and let me tell you, she’s the kind of person who could explain rocket science and somehow make it sound relaxing. She made everything easy to understand, made me feel totally comfortable, and had me laughing before I even started sweating. Carissa’s a keeper — someone please give this woman a raise (or at least lifetime sauna privileges)! 🔥

5 stars easy. Perspire’s always spotless, the sauna hits every time, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Solid spot to reset and recharge.

I am so glad that I went here. The atmosphere is amazing, the Sauna was great, and I love that I could watch and hear the TV while relaxing in the sauna. The staff were amazing and super friendly. I do recommend leaving your house atleast 5 minutes before your appointment to be able to find parking. Other than that, it is so worth going to!
