Perspire Sauna Studio

I love the privacy infrared saunas and the flat screen televisions. Most importantly, how great you feel after your session! The atmosphere is very inviting. In addition, I want to mention an employee by the name of Madison. Madison is an extraordinary employee who works at The Greene location. She has excellent customer service skills! I went as far as to find out her work schedule so that I could schedule my appointments when she is working. That's how exceptional she is. She pays attention to details and greets you coming and going! Thank you, Madison!

The sauna is very relaxing! The staff is friendly and attentive to setting up each individual sauna in advance of the visit. If you are looking for calm and a peaceful environment to unwind and relax, you’ve found it! Each sauna has a television and the option for halotherapy. I also like the red light therapy benefits.

I enjoy going here twice a week. I love the atmosphere and the solitude. The employees are extremely nice and couldn't be more helpful.

I usually hve a wonderful time here. Not today wasn’t given a cooling towel. Sauna was nowhere the temp I have requested my sauna set at. I forgot how long a session it was and was given no direction. Called from inside sauna- no answer. Not what I’ve come to expect from perspire.

My husband and I love going to Perspire Sauna; it's a treat! The staff is super friendly, and the suites are always clean. Perspire provides a spa experience with a private room, complimentary towels, TV, and my favorite- the eucalyptus towel-. Each light in the sauna has different colors with different health benefits; we always feel relaxed and renewed afterward!

Very comfortable and clean environment. Staff is very friendly. The saunas themselves have just about everything you could ask for: privacy, adjustable colored lights, televisions with streaming services, speakers built into the suana for immersive sound, phone compartment in the sauna with aux jack. The saunas can take a bit of time to get up to temperature but they will get plenty hot. My only knock is that it's expensive, especially for non-members. I can't justify $40 for a single session and the packages aren't much better. It's only cost effective if you can commit to a monthly membership and going 1-2 times a week, which is hard to maintain for me personally.

Very friendly staff extremely clean environment each sauna suite is private and roomy enough not to feel claustrophobic, large choice of temperatures colors sounds and brightness during your experience. The red light is really doing good things for my skin.
