Jenn has a great demeanor and is very helpful and kind, taking the time to get to know you and explain the benefits and options. I was also very happy to do the contrast therapy of the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The med suites and private sauna/plunge area are well appointed and feel very comfortable. The desk staff is very friendly and informative as well. Look forward to going back soon.
This is an amazing red light sauna and cold plunge place. They were super accommodating for my friend and I. I’ll definitely be back!
Great experience. Helpful and caring staff.
