Overall had a great experience ! I don’t get my nails done very often, so I’m not an expert on what’s considered normal or high quality. The staff were nice and welcoming, and everything was done quickly, which I appreciated. I did notice a bubble effect, and I wished the tips were filled in a bit more. That said, I’m open to the possibility that this may just be my own inexperience with nail services. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but I also recognize I don’t have much to compare it to. I also had my hair cut, and Amber was wonderful! My hair feels so much healthier now, even if we did have to cut about 6 inches haha. It was 10 degrees outside and -15 with wind chill, so I was a bit surprised that a blow dry wasn’t included because I was freezing once I left, which I just assumed this may be store policy and I recognize I didn’t push it due to my own fear of wanting to be accommodating. I’ve never had a haircut where they didn’t blow dry my hair, however I’m not from the area so it very well may be the norm around here! She was kind enough to partially dry it for me, which I appreciated. I’d probably ask for this service in future before making my appointment.

This place is a unique gem of Mt. Vernon. This a workers run spa and everyone provides the best quality services. Kazim has helped my nails grow to be the longest and healthiest they've ever been with the plexigel manicure! Not many salons or technicians in the area seem to offer this type of manicure. If you struggle with brittle nails and like gel, this might be a good fit for you. And it's better for your nails if you're trying to get away from acrylics. Not only do they provide great services, but they're always updating the space and adding to the vibe. I've been going here for over a year, and they're always finding ways to study and make their services better. The salon is clean and very friendly! I truly love going here

Isha is amazing. Highly recommend. She has a new repeat customer and I can’t wait to return. Great customer service. Limited hours so book her quick, but it will totally be worth it. I can’t believe how lucky I was to book an appointment with her. 10/10. She doesn’t do designs but had time to do something quick with regular polish and it’s perfect. Shop info: super clean, bright, good energy, quiet, intimate, comfortable, well decorated, relaxing. Private and professional. Love it. A hidden gem!

Kazim was very nice, she walked me through the different options for my nails, she seemed really insistent on me getting builder gel but we went with dip. They looked good, we weren’t able to get a nude base match but she did a top coat that some what compensated for that. I loved the polish but it did bower start peeling off within 4-5 days. I really enjoyed the experience but would probably go with a different choice of polish next time as it didn’t last nearly as long as i would like.

I just finished my massage, facial, and mani/pedi— I’m literally still here waiting for my Uber. I will be coming back for sure, highly recommend. Cozy, safe, the staff is beyond knowledgeable. This is my first spa experience and I highly recommend. 15/10.

Very nice place. The staff is friendly, which makes the experience enjoyable. I had a facial, manicure, and pedicure. My skin is glowing, and my nails look great!
