Urban Sanctuary Spa

Had a great massage with Abigail. Symptoms I fill out their questionnaire and wonder if the massage therapist reads it but she was very attentive to the areas I needed help with in my shoulder. Feels great this morning! I would definitely go back and ask for her. Urban Sanctuary offers an awesome, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend it.

We had the most amazing couples massage! The space was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was incredible- so relaxing and exactly what we both needed. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we’re coming back. Highly recommend this place!

I went for an Urban Signature Massage. Upon entering, I was greeted with relaxing sounds of 'music' throughout the facility. The staff was welcoming and I was given a warmed neck pillow to use while I filled out the paperwork that would allow them to personalize the included facial to my specific skin type. Morgan did a great job and I was totally relaxed the whole time. The facial also included a hand and arm massage. Everyone was friendly and professional. I went back for a Swedish massage with concentration in my upper shoulder area and Wendi did a great job of getting the knots out and was friendly and professional as well.

Went for a massage. Check in was super easy and staff was super friendly! Amazing building. Chad really focused on areas I had concern with and techniques he used caused lasting relief.

This place is horrible. I called to book two massages and then the day of Called and asked if I could reschedule and they said they had a cancellation fee I was never told this when I made the appointment but I told the girl I couldn’t afford to pay the fee and also schedule to book another massage so if I have to pay the fee I don’t want to reschedule and she said ok if you can’t afford it that fine when would you like to reschedule? We rescheduled and I cancelled that appointment thinking I wouldn’t be charged for the cancelled appointments but I was when I never even gave them my card information so they pulled this card from an old account when I never authorized this and took money out of my account I was planning on using for bills and basically screwed me over and I really hate this place now. You couldn’t pay me to go back here. Basically made what was suppose to be a relaxing experience, stressful as hell. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

It was my first time at this spa and I really love their facial. It’s super relaxing, the place is clean and staff are very nice. Delany was awesome and helpful. She even personalized my experience for me. I can say this is one of the best spas in Georgia. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back.

Any service I have done at this spa has been fantastic. Today I worked with Scarlet on an eyelash lift and tint, and eyebrow wax and tint. I was really nervous as this would be my first time, but scarlet assured me the whole way through. So glad I trusted her and her talent. I’ve recommended multiple people to this location, and have never regretted it. Love!!!
