Ritual Day Spa

I got a prenatal massage here during my third trimester and had a wonderful experience overall. The space is conveniently located, and the staff were very welcoming, offering tea or water as soon as I arrived. The ambiance in both the waiting area and the massage rooms is calm and soothing, perfect for unwinding. Suzy, my massage therapist, was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and really focused on the areas that needed attention, which made a big difference. My only suggestion would be for the spa to consider investing in a special pregnancy massage cushion and headrest that allows expectant mothers to lie on their stomach safely. The side-lying position with pillows and wedges worked fine, but I had to adjust myself several times, which made it a little less relaxing. Overall, though, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely go back, especially for Suzy’s incredible technique and care.

The atmosphere alone makes it a great place to unwind and reset. Blakely is an outstanding massage therapist. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my needs and areas of concern and clearly knows how to customize her work. Her technique is both intuitive and skilled, with the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic focus. I never felt rushed, and her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better both physically and mentally. This was truly a high-quality massage experience, and I highly recommend Ritual Day Spa—especially Blakely—to anyone looking for exceptional care and a consistently excellent experience.

This is the only place I'll go for a massage because I know it's going to be amazing every time. The Swe-Thai massage with Jeannie is the reset that I need after dealing with work stress. She's always professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she cares deeply about her craft. In fact, everyone at Ritual is detail-oriented and focused on creating the perfect relaxing experience for you from the moment you step in the door. I can't recommend this place enough!

The atmosphere is wonderful, the thoughtful touches like heavy doors to lock out sound, the extra sound machine in the room to also block out noise, the extremely comfortable massage table, upscale linens, and small touches like "Welcome, Valerie" made for an amazing experience. This is a total hidden gem!

This is by far the best spa and massage experience I've had in Athens. Jeannie's massages truly change the way I move in the world for days after. The staff and space are so welcoming that I also try to show up early for an appointment so I can start unwinding in the cozy lounge with the tea, calming scents and sounds they provide.
