The Salt Room

My bestie, my granddaughter and I visited The Salt Room for the first time last week. We were well cared for from arrival to departure. The family room was clean and comfortable with many toys to keep our child guest occupied while we relaxed. We all had a sauna session after the salt room and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The sauna room had plenty of room to change and step in/out as desired. Lots of privacy in a clean environment with plenty of clean towels and bottled water. We left feeling refreshed and breathing much easier. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Loved the kids room! My kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. I can tell that they’re already feeling better and I’m breathing better too. Love having this close by to utilize during sick season. Gotta try some of the other services once I’m not pregnant!

Loved this experience! So welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I felt way better after the experience than when I came in. Do did both of my kids. Will definitely return!

I absolutely loved it! The staff was great when we got there. Made us very comfortable. Everything was clean and so easy to do!

1st Timer, very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Showed me the area and other services available. Gave me information on the salt room. Let me pick the colors. Showed me how to work the massage chair. Then the experience of the room, very relaxing. The salt was amazing in the air breathed deep breaths to help my lungs and sinuses get the best affect. Fastest 45 minutes. ( It really was 45 minutes) But just putting that much time into yourself, was amazing. Purchased a salt lamp. Hoping to keep the affects going. As soon as I left room .I realized I could breath my sinuses felt open and clear. Chest felt looser, less tight. Thank you so much to the people that brought this to the valley, you are appreciated. Ps. I'll be back!

I went in after 10 days of a mild virus and felt significantly better after the session. It was quiet, relaxing and well organized. A great experience.

My 3 year old and I went to the salt room recently and it was great! Helped with his little chest cold (his nose was really letting snot out during) and was great for sensory play too!
