The facilities are so clean and up to date with everything you could want. The sauna was therapeutic and my skin feels so amazing. Loved the flexible hours and convenient access. A private winter oasis!

She has a PhD in biometric Science. She does an outstanding job laying out the research based benefits of regular sauna use.With that in mind, my husband and I were lucky enough to work with Dr Tapplin and to learn about the Finnish Sauna he has put in place for the public to access. The sauna is in a private room, easily fits two to three people, and provides a zen like environment that allows you to relax and enjoy. I strongly encourage you to check it out. As an avid Finnish sauna user I can tell you , you won't regret it!

Never waiting for a rack. Sauna already warmed and ready. Plenty of space to workout as a family. Nice variety of equipment. Helpful owner and support. Could use some natural sunlight.
