VOKO Karaoke Lounge

I’ve been to VOKO Karaoke Lounge twice and loved every aspect of it both times. We had large room each time and they were incredibly clean and spacious. Amazing ambiance, great lighting, and the top notch sound system added a great deal to our singing and party experience. The Asian fusion food was very delicious and the drinks were excellent. The staff and the owners were very sweet and hospitable. We will definitely come back!

Had a great experience at Voko for my friend’s birthday! All the staff were amazing. Our session was briefly paused when another guest loudly yelled at the employees. Afterward, Carlton came in to apologize for the disruption—even though we were more worried about the staff being treated so incredibly poorly than our night. His professionalism was a class act and reflected the exceptional service we received from everyone at Voko. We were extremely impressed and will definitely be returning!

voko never fails to amaze and delight! my friends and i were celebrating tonight and CALEB was the highlight! he was so kind and helpful, we are so thankful to always come to the best karaoke spot in town when we are in need of some fun! thank you endlessly CALEB for the best night ever!

Soooooooo disappointed. It'a extremely rare I provide back feedback but thia is inexcusable. We got charged for an hour of time that we didn't get to use because their systems were doing an update and they only had one person to service the rooms to reset everything. The worse part was the employee told us we wouldn't get charged for that time and then proceeded to argue with us that we had to pay it. They shouldn't say things they couldn't stick too. Unfortunately we were pretty big advocates for this place and have gone many times. In fact, we were there honoring a friend who had passed and it was one of his favorite places and things to do. They should've at the very least provided some bottle waters or a free appetizer, etc, for the inconvenience but to then charge us for the time we couldn't use was just wrong. Extremely disappointed and how the staff handled it. Unfortunately I no longer want to support this place. I can't stand poor customer service and this was a good example of that. We had people drive over 2 hours to get together here and was disappointing they had to waste that long drive on sitting around. Sorry Voko, you've done better.

First off, amazing venue w clean booth and amazing quality tech. Also really appreciate the COVID measures. Secondly, the song selection is amazing. They’ve got Bollywood, Philippine music, and all the latest hits (Doja cat, Lizzo, Harry styles, The Weeknd, even Joji and alternative rock hits). Perfect place to bring ur friend for their bday!! The owner is also super nice and accommodating, surprised us with a free bottle of cider :)!

I have given my review once before which was my first time visiting there and I had hosted a Mother's Day party there! I had the best experience at that time! This time I was invited by friends for celebrating a friend's birthday and enjoy with all my girlfriends dancing, singing and walk like a Bollywood Star showing off our dress, hair and style! It was a great experience! Food was yummy as usual and the owners always so sweet and accommodating! The service is excellent and unbeatable ambiance! Young or old, you are guaranteed to enjoy here!
