Yuki – Worth a Visit in Topeka 🍣🛣️ I was on a road trip and suddenly craving sushi. After a quick search, I saw that Yuki was ranked as one of the top sushi bars in Topeka, so I figured I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did. I was seated right away on the sushi bar side, and the service was ok. My server was not attentive, but I think it was his first day. While waiting for my food, they brought out a complimentary soup and salad (nice touch!). You get to choose between miso or chicken soup. I went with the chicken and honestly, it hit the spot. Comforting, flavorful, and not something I usually get at a sushi spot. For my main meal, I ordered the Crab Rangoon, the Capital Roll, and the Mt Fiji Roll. Everything was fresh, nicely presented, and tasted great. The rolls weren’t overly flashy or trendy, but they were solid which was exactly what I needed. Yuki isn’t trying to be an upscale sushi lounge, and that’s what makes it great. It’s a chill, reliable spot with good food, fair prices, and warm hospitality. If you find yourself in Topeka and in the mood for sushi, I’d say this place is worth a stop. 👍

This staff and atmosphere bring total zen to my day. When I walked in Aaron and Kham welcomed me warmly. Canton, my server always attentive and responsive. One of my favorite hibachi chefs Rudy came by to welcome me back and hopes he will get to cook for me again soon. Tyler and Davin were miracle workers with all sushi I ordered. It is always a pleasure to come here and get such an amazing experience!

Rudy was an excellent chef. His food was as great as his show. This was an excellent experience. Thank you for helping us celebrate my mom’s birthday! Also, make sure to get there a few minutes early to watch the pig nosed turtle. This is one of the coolest creatures I’ve seen lately.

We ordered hibachi to go. I had scallops hibachi with rice and some sushi. My daughter ordered steak hibachi. The meal was amazing! I literally could have eaten the teriyaki rice by itself. The scallops surprised me-there were so many. It was so good that we went back and my daughter, who is a staunch steak eater, ordered the scallops too. The roll I ordered was The Capital Roll and was delicious. We will be returning often. The pricing is reasonable with all we received.

Food was good. My server, Hannah, was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again!

My favorite place to eat in Topeka hands down! Food is always excellent whether i’m getting sushi or hibachi. I will only be requesting Rudy as my chef, he is the best! Makes the experience 10 times better.

Service was good, but the food quality was not on par with the price. Dishes were dirty and chipped. If your a sushi surfer, try it out, but if your looking for an experience, I don't recommend it.
