Omg! I can’t explain this! The food is amazing! My boyfriend got a second sandwich. It tastes so delicious. It’s our first time going there. I definitely approve of the place and their food. The worker is friendly and nice. That place is very clean, with a simple, cute design. I rate that place and foods 100/100

I had not enjoyed a steak sandwich from Pepper Jax in years! It was hot and fresh and just as I remembered it. The fries were also great!

If you're from anywhere but Kansas you will find that they do not actually have cheesesteaks They make steak sandwiches. Huge difference for anyone who actually knows what it is they are looking for. Better for your wallet and stomach if you just buy a plane ticket and go to philly.

It was our first time eating here. The food was excellent. The music wasn't too loud. The service was good. Loved how the staff was knowledgeable and repeated our order to make sure it was made correctly. Will definitely be back and recommend. Good job guys.

The worker that happen to be the manager went to the back to get another box of gloves. She opened the box of gloves to put a pair on but did not wash her hands prior to putting the gloves on. Then she proceeded to make our food, but then she put too much rice in my bowl. I asked for her to remove some of it. She started to put her hand into my bowl instead of the spoon!!! I screamed 😱 ""NO!! Please do not use your hands!!!"" Like OMG!! SERIOUSLY!! Then from there she used her hands for the other garnishments!!! I was done!!! I couldn't eat anything because she was not realizing all of the things she was touching with the gloves. The guys on the grill was awesome! When I told him I was allergic to shrimp when cooked my husband's food he took out another skillet to cook my steak.

wanted a real cheesesteak. Atmosphere was nice and clean and the service was quick and fast (very professional) the order consisted of 2 Steak Cheesesteaks with Fries. Delicious! S/o to the whole crew can't wait to eat again. *Thank you for the 2 drink cups as well

The food quality and taste are better than Taco Bell but not quite on par with Qdoba or Chipotle. However, I was charged twice for a drink. If you choose to "JAX IT UP," ensure they don’t charge for the drink separately, as it should be included in that option. Overall, it’s worth giving a try. UPDATE… the company reached out to address the issues and made it right.
