Wow! An excellent Vietnamese restaurant where the robust menu is in English so you can tell what it says! We had the Lemongrass Brussel Sprout appetizer to start. Yum! Not overcooked, juicy with fresh crunchiness! So tasty! Also had a Dim Sum style soft bun filled with sweet pork & mushroom to start. Then the Outstanding Lobster & Steak fried rice special and Garlic Shrimp & Steak noodles, Huge Ban Mi sandwich with steak, cilantro, egg, and grated carrot. One of us had the Pho style soup and it was top notch! We got the Crème brûlée for dessert what a grand finale!

The best pho in the city of Surprise? I have to agree! The decor and the ambiance are just right- the calming green color, the dimmed light, the spacious seating area…they even opened up the beautifully decorated private dining room for service. The place was packed on a Friday night, which is a great sign. Then service- the pace was spot on. (Hot take here:) Unlike an authentic Vietnamese restaurant where the server comes to your table 30 seconds after you sat down, we were given ample time to explore the menu and asked questions. My friend is a usual guest here, so she knew what she wanted. Meanwhile, I was struggling to decide what to get, so I causally asked if they had a special for the night, and they did! It was a Siu Mai egg noodles with the most delicious broth! We also ordered the rice paper spring rolls as an appetizer (if they can’t do the basics right, then we have a problem), which was so fresh! Love it! I couldn’t help but staring at the wall full of awards while I was waiting for my food. Wow just wow. I am so glad I got to experience this place in my first time ever in Surprise!

Now the food… absolutely incredible. Every dish bursts with flavor and freshness, and you can tell the kitchen takes real care with their ingredients. The drinks are just as impressive—crafted beautifully and definitely top-tier. Customer service is exceptional from start to finish. The staff is attentive, friendly, and committed to making sure your experience is perfect. Saigon Kitchen has quickly become one of our favorite places to dine. If you’re looking for amazing food, great vibes, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to go.

This is Mine and the wife’s Go to spot for the BEST pho in the valley. Service is always amazing and the food is absolutely delicious and very well portioned. Dennis, Andy and Hailey are all extra professional and very proud of the job they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Came for lunch, ordered the brussel sprouts & we split a bong mi sandwich. Sprouts were nice, a little too sweet but good! The sandwich though was just plain bad. The bread was incredibly flat, the chicken tasted like it was straight up boiled, and they buried the fresh veggies in too much sauce. Ultimately, it was a wet mess that just didn't capture any of the delicious notes of a bon mi. For a restaurant aping Asian fusion, they really missed the mark on their Asian food item. Also, the prices are bad. That sandwich was $17!! Crazy.

The host was welcoming and ended up waiting our table. He offered great feedback and relayed our order flawlessly by memory - the mark of a professional! The food arrived promptly and was delicious. By far the most flavorful pho broth I've ever experienced, and the salt levels and aromatics were testament to the skill of the chefs. There was a small problem with one of the dishes, but the manager came and TOOK CARE OF US. Put your chips on this restaurant to curate a wonderful date night or culinary experience and you won't be disappointed.

Amazing pho & friendly service. You can tell the broth is special and always smells heavenly. You can smell and taste the star anise and other seasoning in the broth. Proteins are always fresh and good portions. I do wish they had tripe but I am happy with their tendon (very fresh and thick slices). I lived in san diego, CA most of my life and this is the only pho place in AZ so far that comes close to CA pho! Their fried rice is delicious and their banh mi sandwich is great. The garlic noodles are yummy (kind of small portion though). Their wings and dim sum items are really good! I am not too crazy about their dessert menu and its a bit pricey. The vibe is always chill here and the staff are super friendly and on top of things. I try to get my pho fix at least every other week and I come to Saigon Kitchen EVERY TIME if in AZ.
