I love fried chicken so I was excited to try this place, and I ordered a large bowl with two types of chicken: the Soy Garlic and the Honey Garlic, along with waffle fries. Both sauces were good (the Honey Garlic also had a bit of mustard flavor that was unexpected), but the chicken itself was disappointing. Even thought it was 5:00pm, the chicken was not freshly cooked... it had clearly been sitting around for hours, so it was not hot and it was not crispy. The fries were quite good. If this is your first time, I'd recommend going with a skewer instead of a bowl. It's also worth mentioning that even though there is a dine-in option, they only have standing tables... no chairs or stools.

delicious! the chicken was a bit tough, but i enjoyed the flavor and the overall selection of pickled radish and different flavors! working at a korean restaurant myself, this helped me understand korean street food cuisine better 💗💗💗

Amazing, hot fried chicken. The original chili glaze was phenomenal. The chicken had an amazing crunch to it and was very juicy. The workers were very kind and it was relatively quick service.

Placed an order over the phone and the food was ready promptly. The service and place was fine. The food was awful though. I got mix & match with plain and sweet. Both were very hard to chew. Sauce was flavorful but salty.

Our inaugural visit to UmmaDak, a newly opened Korean fried chicken joint, left us thoroughly impressed. We opted for a regular size SoyDak and a Large Mix & Match with UmmaDak and CrispyDak. Each piece was delightfully crispy and crunchy, with a delectable glaze of flavor. Portion sizes were generous and well worth the price. Our top pick from the selection was the sweet chili flavor. While the lack of chairs and water availability was a slight downside, the quick stop-and-go vibe didn't overshadow the fantastic food experience. We'll definitely be making a return visit soon!

Some of the crispiest, stickiest, sauciest Korean fried chicken I’ve had. My favorites were honey garlic and spicy dak. Perfect spice level. Love all the extra sauces you can add at the table. Umma (mama) is actually in the kitchen! More of a takeout spot with some standing room.
