I ordered the chicken sandwich and fried rice cakes. The rice cakes barely had any sauce of them and some of the cakes did not have sauce on them AT ALL. Glad I paid an extra dollar to get more sauce. The sandwich was HUGE and tastes pretty good but it did not have any jalapeños which was disappointing because it said it would have them when I placed the order. The cashier who gave me my order was kinda short and didn’t really acknowledge my hellos or thank yous, she might have been stressed and busy but it kinda felt embarrassing to just be ignored like that. I usually go to the alderwood mall location and really like the food this chain makes but this location let me down a little. I wanna say Ill check it out again and hopefully it is better but I would prefer if there was consistency since i am paying my the same for good food and good service or mediocre food with bad service. Definitely a lot cheaper than most korean food places.

I'm so upset, I had to bring this to their attention. My company orders lunches 6x a month and everyone loves soul bowl as we have them in rotation. However, the most recent orders they've messed up requests with the most recent orders. Sometimes they miss drink orders. This time, they cheated us with sides and soy egg add-on. BYOB - is an additional cost and so is the egg add-on. I reviewed 20 orders and 10 of those had soy eggs ($2.50 each). Most were BYOB with all toppings requested. However, no one got their egg, and all bowls were missing 3 out of the 8 toppings which were the potato salad, caramelized onion, and cucumber kimchi. see image. We were looking forward to our korean bowls. Please have better consistency and checks.

i love coming here, its just too good, the spicy pork bowl just hits the spot everytime, no matter which location you go it'll always be good, i like coming to this location and the bellevue location. theyre always so quick and everything is such good quality always

Previously this place was awesome! They recently changed the interior and it looks cheaply done and awful. I'm not sure what happened, but now the fried chicken tastes old and was hard to take a bit out of. The radish was mushy and tasted old. I had to throw my order away. The bulgogi bowls are still good. The sauces are still delicious. Please don't change those too! Edit 08/25: Visited again and it looks like we went while the changes were still under construction. The bowls are still great, but I'm still hesitant to try any chicken.

Really good make your own choices teriyaki bowls, fun Asian snacks and claw machine. The atmosphere is nice with music and both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are also always kind and helpful

I found a hair in my food today. I tried calling for a refund, but no one answered. I ended up having to throw the food away, which was really disappointing since I paid for something I couldn’t even eat.

Small Korean casual restaurant. A few seats outside and plenty of seating inside. Food is good however we found the placement and how items were put together was not idea to get the full flavour. Pork was well spiced, not all that spicy. Fries and chicken sandwiches take around 15 minutes to prepare, bowls are a lot faster. Plenty of parking in the area.
