Yangmani K.BBQ Rowland Heights

came to yangmani on feb 15th (sunday) for an early CNY dinner, fullerton rd. was extremely backed up, and getting into diamond plaza was even harder. i called the restaurant to let them know i might be a bit late to my reservation, and they said they would hold my spot for 10 minutes. i luckily got there right at the tenth minute, and spoke to the host. he had mentioned he was already prepping the table for someone else (hmm…🤔), but since i had made it just in time, it was mine. my party & i ordered two set dinners, one around ~$110 and the other ~$150. i especially liked the side dishes and that they offer free refills. the meat was very tender, the side dishes were delicious, and the service was quick even though the restaurant was extremely busy. just be aware that you will smell very strongly of kbbq when you leave. compared to the ktown location, i’d say this one beats it by a long shot. overall, i had a great time and a great experience at yangmani rowland heights, definitely one of my favorite kbbq spots.

Yangmani offers high-quality cuts of meat that AYCE doesn’t, but what truly sets this place apart are its side dishes. They have a wide variety of flavorful banchan that complement the meat perfectly. The service and atmosphere are great, and the waiters are helpful and knowledgeable. They’ll even assist you in cooking your meat to perfection. Highly recommended!

We ordered the short rib, marinated rib meat, and sliced beef — all were fresh with great marbling and tasted amazing off the grill. The side dishes were delicious and refilled quickly, which made the meal feel well balanced. Staff were friendly and helped with the grilling, so the experience felt easy and enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and the ventilation is good — we didn’t walk out smelling like smoke. Overall, very satisfied and would come back.

Took the kids to this long loved korean bbq place. Fantastic experience for them! While Yangmani is famous for tripe, its beef cuts are also exceptional. The marbling on the ribeye was beautiful and it melted in my mouth. The staff was very professional and handled all the grilling, ensuring the meat was cooked exactly right. The banchan (side dishes) were high quality, especially the fermented items which helped cut through the richness of the meat.

Yangmani in Rowland Heights is a Korean BBQ where you can order meat by the plate, not a buffet. We got the CHEF’S CUT COMBO and everything was so good—especially the galbi, super tender and tasty. The staff grills it for you and even tells you which sauce to try. Cold noodles and the steamed egg were nice sides. Really worth checking out if you love good BBQ.
