KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

OMG. I am writing this from the comfort of my bed right now because this meal put me DOWN. This was my first time at this location and having hot pot in general. I’ve had KBBQ before, so I know I love the flavors, but this is definitely more my vibe (soup/brothy) personally. My server, Renz, was super nice, accommodating, and gave me a quick, intuitive rundown of how the process worked. He also checked on me multiple times (not overbearing at all) and truly created an awesome experience. I was especially excited about the amount of options included in the base price ($31.99 for dinner). They had a fried bar, dessert bar, and a sauce bar with plenty of options. The restaurant also had tons of staff constantly running around cleaning and resetting, so it was always presentable. I am soooo excited to come back and try a whole new combination of flavors. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful experience! Are server Siri was prompt? And our table never ran out of meat or clean grill. There was even an interactive floor display for the children. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time here. Our server, Sofia, took her time to explain the process and also demonstrated. She was very attentive and thorough. We enjoyed our experience and will be back one day.

The food and music playlist were top tier. Great options at this Kpot compared to others. The appetizer bar squid and wings was surprisingly good. Also our friend’s first time at hot pot and she is excited for the next time. 10/10 recommend.

It was horrible even though restaurant was super slow, never had such a bad experience at other k-pot locations as it was on this one. Nobody showed up to the table once we were sitting down, no explanation on how the food ordering works, request server on the tablet more than three times before anybody showed up. Server ended up showing up 15 minutes after being on the table and forgot to turn on the grill. It was ridiculously, definitely would not recommend to come here, is better to drive more and visit the other locations where good, friendly and attentive service is provided.

The food is always great but the service is always terrible, had a bad experience once and decided to try again. We always have to ask for utensils to cook the meat, the iPads you order on are always dirty or broken. It took us 30+ min to get rice once and the servers tend to disappear for too long and the grills just burn and burn. We ordered brisket and some of the pieces were brown..? The germantown location is so much better.

Took my daughters and myself here for the first time. I been contemplating on coming here. But I said we going. And I’m glad I did. The food was fresh and delicious. I love the fact that you can cook the food yourself. A+ to this restaurant. The waiter Danny was very attentive and pleasant. I appreciate the customer service. I love the fact that he broke everything down to my family and me, also recommended what we should start off with.
