Great food with fast service and good prices on a large variety of choices. Pleasant atmosphere with nice waiters and a casual setting!

By far my favorite option for Chinese in the Rock Hill area. Better flavor & indoor seating than other places. Portions are good without being excessive. Everyone I've taken has enjoyed their food over other places in the area. My personal favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps (w/o peppers!). Parking is tight, but worth the effort.

This was one of the BEST Chinese food experiences I have ever had. The food was not only absolutely delicious but everything was piping hot, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Vegetables were fresh and delicious. We had egg rolls and crab Rangoon to start- let me tell you, the flavor of these rolls!! Amazing! Then entrees were huge- we had orange chicken and shaking beef. The chicken had big pieces of tender chicken cooked to crispy perfection and the beef and vegetables were tender with an absolutely delicious savory sauce. Service was quick, polite and with a smile. Couldn’t ask for more and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Delicacy!

We were weary travlers looking for some good Chinese food along I77. Delicacy didn't disappoint. The food was awesome as well as the service. I look forward to coming back when we are in the area next time. 5 Stars.

I can't believe I never checked out this place 'til now... The place was small with a simple decor...but seemingly clean, with great A/C. Also, as their name implied ("Bistro"), the place is Americanized, with American pop overhead music. However, all-out authentic Chinese food! Not super-fancy, but this might be THE only Chinese restaurant in Rock Hill with some semblance of ambiance...so YAY for that! I stopped in to try their Singapore Rice Noodle and Edamame (Spicy)...and both were surprisingly good! Not only fresh and delicious, but very generous in portion, and modestly priced. Presentation wasn't bad either! Somehow, I just didn't expect good food here...and even more so, nicely presented foods. I expected rough, slapstick Chinese fast food...but the foods seemed pretty upscaled, with good presentation even! Very surprising...especially for Rock Hill standards. Frankly, it's the best Chinese food I've had in Rock Hill...on par with the Chinese foods in Charlotte (and beyond). Given the comfy dining ambiance, it's probably the nicest too. Service was super-friendly and attentive as well...and the foods came out fresh, piping hot in a timely manner. Given what I've experienced today, I can't believe the ratings here are so low. Again, this has to be the best Chinese restaurant in Rock Hill. Everything else in town is Chinese fast food...some of which are priced higher than what's delivered here. For instance, I noticed that their lunch specials are below 9 bucks!! There's no way other Chinese restaurants (Chinese fast foods!) in Rock Hill should have higher ratings than here! For the items I ordered today...Edamame (Spicy) and Singapore Rice Noodles, they both deserved 5 stars! YUM!! Anyway, so glad I checked out the place...and am sure to return, for both take-out and dining in!

We had a fabulous birthday dinner recently at Delicacy. We ordered the full duck with pancakes and side veggies. We also ordered Beef and Scallops and Moo Shu Pouch with Tofu. These were all spiced appropriately. We appreciated that they did not have too much sauce as most Chinese American restaurants do. The service at this little spot is top notch! I did not once wonder where my server was. I think this is unheard of these days! They gladly gave us extra in house hot mustard and chili oil. We will be visiting again very soon. Thank you for making our birthdays one to remember!!

Update: We ate inside for dinner and I did ask for fewer vegetables because I hate being wasteful when I know others struggle sometimes with food security. Very happy with the portion size and my request was definitely met. I really enjoy the quality and taste of the rice here definitely 5+ stars and even better its consistently amazing. Drinks are bottled, but they bring you glasses with ice so it was still nice, just be aware its a set amount of soda. Also the server checked on us more often then we needed, but I must say they were super kind and thoughtful. Really enjoyed still getting fortune cookies at the end of our meals. Overall I would give this place a 4.5 / 5 for consistently great food and a kind staff. Wayyyy too many vegetables in this lunch order of mongolian chicken and fried rice! Some veggies are okay but there shouldnt be a 1/3 chicken to 2/3 veggie ratio when I didnt actually order vegetables. 4.5 star flavor, 5 star rice, 3 stars for 1/3 portion of chicken 🙁
