Noodle Nine

The food here is phenomenal, delicious spicy noodle and appetizer. We ordered pig ear, beef shank, wonton soup, nine nine dry noodle and their new dish pork with garlic sauce. It was so good, if you like spicy Chinese food, this place is for you. They have option to adjust the spiciness if you can’t handle the heat.

Authentic and yummy beef noodles😍😍 Handmade noodles！Also 碗杂面 Sichuan Zajiang Pea Noodle is a really good choice if you like dry noodles. The staff are really welcoming.

Salty, ok good, don't need to try it again. Braised noodle soup, chili oil wonton, cucumbers, dan dan style noodles, and a chicken dish.

Pretty good!! I liked their signature beef nodding a lot. The appetizers are also delicious and with good amount!

Noolde soup is so good! Beef is juicy and flavourful. I slurped the every last noodle of it.

Good value. Portions are perfect and flavors are well dialed in. Their Nine Way noodle is very similar to Dan Dan noodles. Menus are only electronic, service is fast. Very similar to Dough Zone but larger dishes (with scales up price to hit portion)

Summary: the quality of beef got so much worse ! I was a loyal customer to the original Nine Way, basically for their braised beef noodle soup is better than anyone I tried in this region. However, the quality of my recent order (through delivery) of that got dramatically worse. The noodle and soup are still good, but the beef is barely acceptable. It tasted like those stiff, dry, frozen, pre-made beef that you can find from the fancier instant noodles from East Asia. They used to very meticulous on their beef, with a good mix of tendon; now it’s just worse than competitors.
