Korea Taqueria - South Philly

A wonderful place that absolutely deserves more business. The man at the counter was kind and answered all of my questions clearly. He gave out all of the options which made ordering much easier for me. The service was incredibly quick. We had four people and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. The food itself was very flavorful and juicy. I got the meal for one with beef birria tacos, gochujang wings, and chips. The tacos were incredible. They were incredibly juicy and the meat was tender. The consume was bursting with flavor and had a slightly sweet aftertaste that pulled everything together. The wings were crispy with juicy chicken. The gochujang wings were sweet but had a nice kick. They were stingy with the chips but the guacamole was good. The watermelon drink was VERY pulpy but my father loved it and said it was very refreshing. They dont have seating but we ate at a cute park just down the road. I would absolutely recommend eating here and I will be back.

Got the cauliflower wings! Good sauces! I wish it was bite size since it’s hard to eat giant fried cauliflower lol and it’s on the greasier side fyi

This restuarant is takeout only. We ordered the Dinner for 4, which included 8 birria tacos, 8 wings in two flavors, guacamole and chips and kimchi fries. The tacos were on point, although the birria was a little sweet. The sweet garlic wings were almost candied. The spicy wings were also sweet and not spicy. The chips and guacamole were good and the fries were amazing. We also go chirros which were not as sweet as the wings but were delicious. Overall, the food as good and we will return, but we will be staying away from anything labeled sweet. Staff was friendly and polite. The part of the restaurant where you order was clean and well maintained. The price of the food was comparable to other locations for what we got.

I own Tom Becker Tile & did work before the shop opened. Part of the deal was store credit I got slammed with work & finally was able to get to use my credit!!! I wish I wouldn’t have waited that long!!!! Some of the best wings & tacos I ever have had!!!!! I’m doing another job in the front of the store soon & am really looking forward to some more of this delicious food!!!! Also staff there was absolutely amazing. Easy to talk to & great customer service If I could give more than 5 stars i definitely would

I raved about this business to my coworkers so much so, I ordered lunch for us ($60 order) via DoorDash. Within the app there’s no options to purchase extra sauce so, I called the establishment. Long story bearable, the manager gave me a hard time about including extra spicy mayo cups to my $60 order! Refused to speak with me personally on the phone yet, I heard him telling the receptionist what to say. Their food may be delicious but their ethics of keeping their customers first and happy are questionable.

I’ve been waiting for these folks to open up since I first had their food on Tasker St and I’m so glad their open now. The flavors are amazing and the service was top notch. I had their Korean Beef Birria and it was super tasty! Can’t wait to go back and get other items on their menu

This was my first time here after seeing this place all-over my tik toc... I must say I enjoyed this food experience... the young lady at the counter was courteous and patient... and my homade chips w/ salsa and Cheesesteak were delicious. To top it all off I finished with a refreshing cucumber lime drink 10/10😊
