Cajun Crab & Pho

ASK FOR TANYA TO BE YOUR SERVER!!!!! Everything was wonderful and delicious! The food came out really fast and I got to enjoy about 10 mins of my food till my friend needed a knife for his Vietnamese pancake. Our server, Tanya, was amazing and attentive but she was busy was other customers so we tried waving down 2 different servers, they ignored us and continued to walk towards the cash register. We were seated in the end table by the window and I know I made eye contact with both of them. Both of them were asian, one having short black hair and long black hair, they completely ignored us as we waved and asked for some help. I ended up having to get up from my seat and going up to them at the register to ask for a knife since they acted as if they didn't see us. I asked Tanya if servers only helped tables they were assigned to and she replied that they should be helping all customers that need help. Honestly if your go here ASK FOR TANYA!!!! She's a sweetheart and had very attentive customer service! I don't know their names but I ended up leaving after that interaction, my appetite was gone after it.

Unexpectedly good pho and portion also surprisingly big. Priced honestly , clean facility and kind waitresses, btw we didn’t tried seafood yet. Also tried Thai tea for the first time its refreshing well but has some kind of spice in it which definitely won’t fit everyone taste

This spot is always on point. Every time we come to Omaha, we make it a point to stop here. The flavors in the seafood boil is amazing and is finger licking good. Their pho's broth is savory and delicious!!! 10/10 we will always recommend!

PLEASE READING BEFORE EATING HERE!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at Cajun Crab and Pho as a first-time customer. I ordered ½ lb of shrimp and ½ lb of snow crab and confirmed this four different times with two different staff members, even saying the price out loud multiple times to avoid any confusion. When the bill arrived, it was incorrect. What made the situation worse was that the staff did not mention the mistake at all until we questioned the bill. When we did ask, they immediately had an answer, which made it clear they were already aware of the error but chose not to bring it up. To make matters worse, the person running the place indicated that either we, the customers who did not make the mistake, would have to pay for it, or a server who had only been there for two days would have to pay. That is not an acceptable or professional way to run a business. This situation completely ruined my experience as a first-time customer, and I will not be returning. I strongly recommend that other customers double-check that they received exactly what they ordered before eating, because mistakes are clearly not handled transparently here.

This place is nicely located in an area with lots of parking; from the outside it looks very nice and inviting. The ambiance was great and the customers seemed to be having a good experience. I had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful lady at the Cajun Crab. She was very helpful when making my order and gave extra attention to my special requests and she offered several suggestions. The restaurant is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated in the nautical decor. My order was to-go and I particularly appreciated the way that they individually packed everything securely so that I could combine at home for myself. I ordered the grilled porkchop plate and it was very tender and very tasty. Additionally, I also ordered the Rice paper rolls that were made with fresh vegetable shrimp and pork with a spicy fish sauce on the side. I love the simple, fresh and healthy treat and I thought it was a great accent to the rest of my meal. My favorite of this order was the #7. Bun Bo Hue - (no fish cake) Beef brisket, pork and lot of fixings to create the total Pho experience. It was the perfect level of spice that had a nice spicy kick but not overwhelming that I could not enjoy. I thought it had a little too much oil, but its okay because overall it was a wonderful dish that I would definitely return for and order again. Overall, I thought I was a great meal and each dish was prepared with great detail and everything tasted wonderful. I would definitely return to try more things on the menu.

The place has really good food! But when a mistake is made from employees they still charge the customer for it. My friend ordered 1/2 pound of crab and shrimp and confirmed it was 1/2 lb order and not a 1lb order and they confirmed 3 different times. In the end our bill came back and they charged us for the 1lb order and when it was brought to their attention, they knew they made the mistake and still was trying to charge for the lb order (which might add was not what we ordered). All they offered was a 10% discount instead of charging us for the meal we ordered which was $24 dollars cheaper than the 1lb order they charged us. The employee said they would pay for the difference since it was their fault but I feel like it’s just wrong to make the employee pay the difference so we just took the 10%. But that’s not how you should run the business. Truly sad.

Tried this place because I wanted a seafood boil. I ordered the create your own seafood boil (1lb of Crab legs, 1 lb of Shrimp with extra corn, potatoes and eggs), Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice and 2 Vietnamese Rolls. The seafood boil was good but the shrimp was overcooked. The Fried Rice was NOT FRIED RICE AT ALL!!! It was yellow rice with peas, carrots, shrimp and some kind of meat that was supposed to be chicken but looked real suspect. We didn’t even eat it because it wasn’t fried in any way period! Chile!!!! We didn’t eat the rolls either because they were too greasy. I’d order the seafood boil again!!
