Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Girl at window talked over me the entire time, told her I wanted fry sauce multiple times. No fry sauce in the bag. Walk inside to get some and she is texting on her phone. I understand it’s fast food pay but… come on. Fries undercooked, burger so greasy the bun is falling off. Won’t be back to this location. Sad because it’s a few minutes from my house lol.

Freddy’s is delicious. If you’ve never been, you need to go! The cheese curds are better than Culver’s. The fries were great while they were fresh, and we’re all pretty picky about shoestring fries but agree these were tasty! The strawberry shake was thick and tasty, not artificial. I also had the bacon cheeseburger and it was excellent. Pretty greasy though so just a heads up, get some napkins. The staff was friendly and the service was speedy. A friend got the #5 and said "it was pretty good, but it could’ve been spicier". Overall would definitely recommend and will be back!

I went to Freddy’s for lunch through the drive through. I was super rushed with my order and when I got back to the office I took a few bites and noticed it was fairly pink. I just got over a stomach bug a few days ago and now worried I’m going to be sick from eating an uncooked patty.

Very difficult to get in and out of with its location right at the southwest corner of 72nd & Military. Right turn in from 72nd or Military and right turn out onto same only viable option without looping a few blocks back through a residential neighborhood behind the restaurant to get to a signalled intersection. Really don't care for the pencil stick fries Freddy's is known for but the burgers are good.

We go to Freddy's every Sunday after our church service to get herself a concrete ice cream drink and some Freddy fries. They're frozen custard and food is absolutely phenomenal.

I usually don't do reviews but honestly this place is horrible ordered $30 worth of food and the only thing that was edible was the French fries, the burgers were disgusting and look like something you scrape off the floor. If you want good food go to the Freddy's in council bluffs cause this food is nasty. I wish I could post a picture of the food. If you worked today 05/21/21 you should be ashamed of the food you given to me and my family.

First time coming here, was delicious! Very well priced and plenty to choose from. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Coming from California, this would most closely be like an In N Out but with more on the menu. Everything I tried was super tasty and delicious! My only thing to complain about, which is really being picky is that for me the meat is a bit too salty and the floors felt like I was slipping the whole time.
